Perfect for the Expo which took place across the road. Lots of places to eat locally and very close to Metro. Good size room and bathroom. Breakfast was also wonderful.

We booked the family double room, it had double bed and double sofa bed so very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was neat, clean, spacious, very comfortable and enough wardrobe space for us to organise our stuff. We had breakfast included in room rate which was good breakfast. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite and always helpful. There is water dispenser downstairs to fill up water bottles. Metro station is at the doorstep. Some restaurants nearby and also supermarket nearby. Overall very good hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Good location for the convention centre, very close to metro exit. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but tired - sliding bathroom door does not shut properly, bathroom basin was blocked - staff did not attend despite reporting on first day. Breakfast kept running out of items and generally limited selections.

We liked the location of the hotel, and its accessibility to public transportation. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was very attentive. The hotel does need to place anti slippery mats on the tubs.

Room size and staff are nice. The ambience inside the hotel are good but it’s an old town with no much surrounding activities. The hot water didn’t work and the staff had fixed the issue later. Overall the hotel is good if you are ok to stay bit away from the central town.

Overall, the hotel is nice and has everything you need. The daily breakfast is terrific! My only complaint is that the overhead lights weren't working in our room and the shower head didn't work... It was clean, and in general, well maintained. But these issues should be corrected.

Disappointed with condition. Reception looked good but on the floor there was always stinking smell . Housekeeping was not good ,staff did not clean the room well. It’s winter time so heating had to kept on but became so hot we were not able to sleep and we had open Windows, regulator did not work.
