Pullman Paris La Défense

I was very disappointed with my stay. After check-out I found a £19 charge added to my holding deposit with no explanation. I did not use or consume anything in the room that could justify this charge, and when I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia message box, I received no response. This has left me with a poor experience overall — I expect more transparency and better communication from a hotel of this level.

Beautiful area - great service

Excellent location for business visitors to the La Defense area.

Room was old and not well maintained. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Dirty carpet in room and throughout hotel. Chaise in lobby was covered with stains. I can go on…

Rooms average and tired: needs updating

The property is located near a big shopping mall and near public transport. The rooms are comfortable. The only issue is that the hotel is not visible on uber application.

Close to transport & shopping center

Great stay! Very nice facilities, especially with kids. Close to a mall, which is nice, but a bit difficult to get around with a stroller.

Absolutely phenomenal-Very elegant hotel. Easy to get around and also easy to stay away from the hustle and busy lifestyle of Paris

We spent 4 fantastic days at Pullman La Défense and we are absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – the rooms were impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions or fulfill any requests. Another highlight was the beautiful, well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using. The hotel also boasts a great location – easy access to the metro and trains, with shops, shopping malls, a Paul’s bakery, an ice rink, and a wonderful Christmas Market nearby. There are plenty of attractions to make each day enjoyable! Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel right next to the main La Defence area. Some building work in the area but fantastic location and great hotel. Breakfast is expensive though. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Speak multiple languages

Not a five star hotel in reality. Poor service and outdated amenities.

I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Everything was fine. Although not requiring it I had a modified room for a disabled guest. This likely meant the space was roomier than perhaps a normal room which I personally found helpful. Given proximity to CNIT and conferences there’s often seemed to be long lines for check in
