My stay was amazing

The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to have an on-site restaurant. We found out when we arrived that it was closed for the month. It would have been good to be notified beforehand

Very nice hotel, in a quiet place. there is Westlield shopping center at a walking distance where you can eat, go to the cinema and buy anything you need for a wonderful break

Great place, local to everything It’s even a nice touch that the hotel staff are so keen to see you, they let themselves in into your room when you least expect it! A genuine error I am sure

This review needs to be put in context of difficult times - lock-down for Covid-19. I thought the hotel had made a real effort and the staff were patient and very helpful. Full marks there! However, I think a fore-warning about food would have been helpful as international visitors may not have completely understood that there would be no food except a ridiculously priced 'snack' breakfast in a bag. My room was showing its age but was perfectly adequate for my purposes.

The room was really amazing and spacious. Unfortunately the restaurant is not really good. The burger was ok but the fries very really oily. The truffle pizza was super oily. The service was excellent, the food not at all.

Rooms were spacious but oddly shaped. Breakfast was awful.

Great spa, included with the stay, huge room with a kitchenette. The biggest problem was the temperature in the room. It was too hot and the only way to control it was opening the window.

Modern, clean, spacious, quiet, safe accommodation. Courteous and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of a huge modern shopping mall, game venues and restaurants. Perfect for business travelers.

The staff were great and hotel was very clean.

The hotel and room is clean and nice. However, the draining is not really function. Consequently, it was bit smelling.

Nicely placed hotel with large shopping mall, within 5 min walk, with everything you could want. Menu in the restaurant was a little boring but the mall and other restaurants in the area made that a minor issue, and the small kitchen in the room made up the rest with the mall next door.

Seems to have new management as the room was very clean unlike our last stay. One night there and arrived late left early so cannot comment on the rest of the hotel facilities.

The room: The heater was broken during the first few days of our stay and the room was cold. It took several days for the staff members to find the ironing board. The room was impractical: no toaster, there was only a nightstand on one side of the bed, nothing to hold the hand soap in the bathroom, no shelving in the shower. The room constantly smelled of sewage. The cleaning was never done properly. The lock on our door was broken and we got locked in our room several times. There were often parties held at the hotel, causing late night noise. Customer service: I asked to talk to a manager and was told that they were busy and would call my room but they never called and I was never able to speak to them. The cleaning crew walked into my room without warning every morning, even on days that they were not scheduled to clean. A member of the cleaning crew walked into my room after I yelled not to come in, walked all the way into the shower room where I was standing naked, and talked to me while I was trying to hide my body from them. The cleaning crew knocked on our door even when we had the “do not disturb sign” hanging. Amenities: The water dispenser in the gym was broken and/or empty every day. The massage we paid extra for was uncomfortable because the room was so cold. The spa wasn’t very hot and one was broken, so there were always too many people to enjoy it. There was not a washer or dryer, despite it being a long-term stay hotel.

It's a decent hotel for the area. Rooms are super big. It's no Marriott or Hilton for sure.

J'ai signalé que une partie du Rideau était décrochée à notre arrivée. Et pendant 2 jours Ça n'a pas été refait malgré la promesse à l'accueil. Dommage pour la grasse matinée.

Veel jeugd. Werd tot 3 uur 's-nachts gefeest met luide muziek. Kun niks aan gedaan worden want was in de appartement. Tevens veel last van rokende mensen buiten. Geen hulp vanuit de receptie. Wel een goed bed.
