If you have a car and need to fly out from CDG Paris airport, this is an excellent play to stay. Free parking. Across the street from huge Carrefour supermarket. Their dinner buffet was excellent for 16 euros. We walked to the train station (10 min.) and took train into Paris (30 min.) Spent day in museums and no car to worry about.

farther from the airport than we expected, since we booked it as an airport hotel. Instruction as how to take a shuttle to the hotel would have been nice, we took one on our return.

Breakfast was good. room had strong cigarette smell, tried to turn fan, even more smoke odor, opened window but it faced a busy road, noise 24/7, NO air-conditioner, on the top of it toilet was not flushing, so had to use garbage bin to collect water and flush it manually. TV has only French channels. beds are singles/not wide.

The hotel was very unkept and unclean. It desperately needs maintenance and cleaning maids at this hotel. The first room we were given was disgustingly dirty and severely smelt of cigarette smoke. My husband asked for a different room as we are not accustomed to this level of filth. The room had definitely not been cleaned at all before we got in it. The second room was cleaner still not as clean as we expect to have for $120 canadian dollars a night. These rooms are sold as non smoking which is not true people were smoking we could smell it throughout the hotel not just in the rooms. The plus side the customer service was great at this hotel. The breakfast was basic but good. However, we would never stay here again as the cigarette smoke and lack of cleanliness were a big problem for us. Free parking was a bonus though and there is a mall across the street with everything one could need.

The stay was ok, there is no Air conditioning and with the noise of the road traffic right outside of your room plus the planes landing you have to close the windows which then makes the room hot and stuffy. Seems like the are has a major crime issue as there are lockup fences all of the way around the supermarket across the road, have never seen this before. There is really nowhere decent to eat so be prepared but for one night ok.

Hotel surrounded by high wire fence in noisy commercial area. Must pass through big, sliding, remotely locked parking lot gate to gain entrance. Website says restaurant, but it was closed. Only option was mile walk along busy road with little sidewalk to fast food restaurants, which were also surrounded by high wire fencing. Grim area. No hotel shuttle to airport but local bus available. Bad decision to book here.

It was absolutely disgusting. We as a family booked two rooms. Hot day, forget aircon no portable fans either. When requested a portable fan, because we had to shut the windows overnight in room 207 due to traffic noise, non available, air con is planed for next year!
There was a strong stench of sewage from the bathroom in room 207. Returning to room at11:45pm, Spare room was not available Asked for air freshener non available had to waste a bottle of expensive aftershave to get some sleep.
I know you get what you pay for, but did not expect a toilet for a bed room.
The room was also cramped, they are decent single rooms, not double and defenetly not triple bed. Have stayed in many hotels world wide over the past 25 yrs of frequent travel, this is the first time I write a negative feedback, not that I have written many feedback..
Such a feedback, even a week after my stay there, hope conveys level of my stress.

The staff were friendly and great. That's the good part. The bad parts are too many to list but include mold in bathroom, cheap air freshners used in room to cover smell of the mold. No air conditioning - which meant if you had the windows and blinds open you had the night spot lights beaming into the room and also, being on a flight path, extemrely loud aircraft noise.

Very solid hotel a few kilometers from CDG. Met all expectations for night before departure and a good price. We had a rental car so we were in easy distance. Without a car would have been problematic with the amount of luggage we had, but they do have a shuttle you pay for or a public bus nearby. Conveniently located in very easy walking distance is a large shopping area. Rooms somewhat small, but not really an issue. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of workshops, car repair stations, and the planes flight so low above it that you can hear them even with the windows shut. The rooms are tiny and smell disguisting like somebody smoked there for years. Everything is old. The only advantage of it is relatively close RER station, 15 minutes walk through the ghetto.
