Horrible female staff. Closes breakfast buffet at 9:30 AM. Very noisy cleaning staff starting at 8 AM. Staff cares more of themselves than the client. I will not come back to this place ever again.

Hotel very clean and comfortable, would highly recommend for a 2 star hotel!

Fabulous aircon. Basic but fine. Wasn’t given form at start of stay re COVID precautions which led to confusion re cleaning room. But good overall re price.

We were given the wheelchair access room. Bathroom was clean and large it was a modular bathroom arrangement like you were expecting in a cruise ship. It made efficient use of space. Comfortable and quiet. No complaints. 20 minutes drive by car to historic downtown Bordeaux even through rush hour.

Ok bit out of the way, not easy to find, would stay again, clean and reasonable.

A comfortable basic room, the staff however were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast the usual continental fair. The hotel was well situated for Trams into city centre.

Room very small, shower and toilet even smaller, no resteraunt or bar facilities. Overall stay very dissatisfied.

If your looking to stay in a hotel which has a toilet/shower room which can only be described as disgusting then this is the hotel for you. I appreciate this is a budget hotel and things will be a lower standard than a regular statement but this was a whole new level of awful. Built in some sort of plastic container, you get a toilet, shower and sink all in one which provides you with a awful scenario when it comes to using the shower after a toilet visit. I've tried to make this review some what comical but I beg you to please avoid this horrible hotel. Some of the other negatives - - Reception staff go home after 9pm so you'll need a pin code to access the hotel after this time. - The wifi drops out every 10/15 minutes so be sure to have the patience of a god if you plan on watching a film. - If you happen to not be lucky enough to be in a room which faces the lake then you'll enjoy the view of the hotels car park/bin area. I always try to end on a positive and I have one (apart from a hassle free check out) and that's the comfy bed which are in the rooms. PS if your a light sleeper turn off the air con it's rather loud.

Near motorway which means only 15 minutes from taxi from airport. Back of hotel is superb with wonderful views of the lake. Very quiet. Breakfast very nice and more than adequate, better than we expected at a small budget hotel. For evening meals there is an absolutely fabulous restaurant next door. Staff have limited English but still understand your needs.

Euro2016 trip basic at best but comfotable

Nice and quiet, handy for ring road. Clean, straightforward with a very good breakfast bar.

The room is small. The bathroom is very small. A corner. All plastic. All one peace. Room just for you. It is a low-cost hotel.

Great hotel for that price, comfortable, clean and convenient for events at Parc des Expositions, excellent public transport with buses every 10 minutes to restaurants, city centre or connection to tram C (line to Parc des Expositions or city centre)

Basic motel clean but cheaply built. In the outskirts so getting to center of town is not convenient but then the price is inexpensive. Good value if you are only staying in the area for one or two nights or if you have a car.

Simple, pleasant staff,excellent value, clean, good breakfast

My husband and I stayed here on our way down to Spain. It was easy to find, had plenty of free parking, the staff were polite and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast was very good and only 5€ per person. Overall excellent and good value. We will stay here on our way back definitely!

Nice hotel to stay, close to metro station, shopping mall.

Stayed at this budget hotel for two nights en route to the UK from the midi Pyrenees. Clean small room with small modular moulded bathroom/wet room. Air conditioned, which was great because it was 36° degrees in the daytime and still extremely warm at night. Buffet style breakfast very good value. Pleasant helpful staff. A good restaurant almost next door with a beautiful view of a smaller lake whilst eating outdoors. A short drive to a parking station and getting the tram into Bordeaux. Ideally situated.

OK for overnight, but traffic congestion on Bordeaux ring road is a minus if you are travelling at peak times.

The room was very small. The toilet and shower was a plastic pod in the corner of the room that you had to step up into, which is difficult to negotiate at night. There was no floor space to open a suitcase, so you used the bed and had to close it up to sleep. This was meant to be a no-smoking room but had multiple cigarette burns on the plastic sink of the bathroom pod. The worst of all was the WIFI because this amounted to false advertising. Upon arrival around 4:00 pm, we were unable to get online because the system was jammed with other users. Access did not become available until around 11:00 pm. We got online around 9pm. with bad service which improved slowly when we assume other people signed off. The blond woman at the desk was totally uninterested in helping and uncooperative, saying it was my computer, however the computer was not an issue at the local library, tourist bureau, train staton or any coffee shop in the area. Stay here at your risk of being upset, the room rate is low and you get less than what you pay for.
