Friendly staff, beautiful room and central location of hotel. The only thing that can be difficult is finding parking nearby. We found paid parking only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so we got lucky.

The location is ideal, I would have liked to know beforehand though that the parking was going to be a challenge. hotels.com says the breakfast is included, but it is not. The place is charming and worth it for the spot, but it is in need of maintenance and cleaning.

The hotel was ideally situated, right on the harbour and near one of several beaches. Although we only rented a basic room, it was very comfortable, with the air conditioning set at a perfect level. Our towels were changed on a daily basis and the room was kept very clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
The hotel advertised our booking as a superior room however on check in we were given a room that was not one of the "superior" ones and instead the smallest room of the hotel, which had built in smell of constant cigarette smoke. It is above a nightclub with loud music until 2am every night.
The lights in the bedroom didn't work and we had to ask maintenance to come and fix them. In general the room is very tatty with paint peeling and marks throughout.
The reception staff were beyond rude and did nothing to fix any issue or appease the concerns.
I would never stay here again and strongly suggest against others staying there.
Only plus is the location is very central but then you get a lot of noise.

Location is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and well-kept.
Note: if you are driving, you must pay to park and it's a bit pricey, depending on the lot you choose.
