The hotel was a nice surprise - we were upgraded to a spacious suite, new, modern and clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a good one. There is a free parking. The only downside was the reception guy - rude and far from polite. The hotel is located in an industrial part of the city but if you have a car, that`s not a problem.

Our go to place in Tbilisi, we love that bathrooms are equipped with bidets. A bit far from the center but the rates give you value for your money. Plus it has parking lot that's a rarity if you billet yourself in the center of the city.

The location is at a quiet area but away from supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms are clean and neat. Upon checkout, the reception has informed us that you need to pay for breakfast, which we understood from the receptionist whom we checked in with that it was included in the rate. The overnight receptionist is not that welcoming and not even helpful.

Really good place for bikers due the secure parking for the motorcycles.
Taxis to old town or airport are available nearby 24/7.
First floor balcony views are limited due the nearby commercial buildings.
Service is a bit sloppy, but breakfast was OK. Just wish they would invest for the better coffee.

Rooms were good and had all the facilities. Bathroom was clean and modern. Hotel is overall well-maintained with a pool-table and dart table always ready for use. Only drawback would prolly be a little far from the city markets.
