ACHAT Hotel Wiesbaden City

Everything was good and the staff was nice, my room was really clean. Couldn’t find the parking they stated was free though.they also need to work on giving more pillows … but overall great would book there again definitely! :)

Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage.

Good hotel in a pedestrian only areas in the city center. It is very convenient and easy to reach

Das Hotel Achat City hat circa 149 Zimmer und nur 6 davon haben eine Klimaanlage. Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

The receptionists was great in handling the check in process.

Super small rooms with a en suite build in, badly designed sliding door with gaps for loads of smell to put you to sleep. Also the “soundproof” rooms don’t work well, I could hear other people all night & the shower was cold, I did report it but they fitted a new tap but it was still cold

This hotel is in a great location but very out of date. The female staff weren’t the friendliest, though there was a man who was super helpful. My room (4th floor) was so incredibly hot (Feb timeframe) I had to unplug the heater and leave the window open for my entire 6 day stay. The staff didn’t tell me I had to physically call to front desk to get my room made up, so for 2 days, I tried different methods- didn’t work. I finally went and physically asked & the (helpful) gentleman told me I just needed to call them. Shame I didn’t know that from the get go. The shower was a bit odd to operate, there are two twin (single) duvets, not that it mattered as I was a solo traveler, but my daughter was here with her sports team (2 to a room) duvets were great but the showers/bathroom have glass doors. The parking is €18 p/n and the hotel staff claim to have nothing to do with it, ergo don’t pass on any information. When you come in and out multiple times a day, it unfortunately adds up to more than that. They need some sort of agreement with the attached car park for hotel patrons. Breakfast is basic and not worth the €21 asked at hotel. The bar wasn’t manned & when I did request something, the female at the desk looked at me & said she was by herself so couldn’t open the bar. I asked if it was ok if I brought my own, she reluctantly agreed but then found herself in the position of being surrounded by sports parents that wanted to buy drinks, she seemed to regret her earlier comments

Nice hotel in downtown Wiesbaden. Easy to walk to any of the main sites in Wiesbaden.

When I am in Wiesbaden I always stay in this hotel. It is perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient!

The lobby is very updated but the room is not. Pros: clean and safe Cons: SMALL WEIRD BATHROOM. Only thing separating you from the bathroom is a Smokey glass wall. Interested: Nude sauna to use upstairs. Free of charge!

all okay but walls a bit thin so noise easily heard from other rooms. WiFi speed is slow so forget watching YouTube or Netflix. okay for emails though.
