Is not good at all no airconditioning and they don’t have good staff very bad

Good locked bicycle place. Top of the hill above town with good Japanese restaurant & breakfast cafe nearby. Elevator to upper floors and aircon working on hot day. Very poor wifi - maybe better soon.

This is a pretty out-of-date old-style hotel. Small rooms, tiny beds, tiny TVs, old furnishings, no AC (it was hot and stuffy). I would not recommend this place under most circumstances. Worst part of stay was the terrible WiFi connection. They issue a unique code for each device that logs on. I had to wait for them to print me multiple codes for myself and the 3 others in my party, each with a laptop and a computer to connect, so 8 different codes (ugh). Signal strength was awful and kept dropping. might as well have been a dial-up connection. Impossible to get anything done. I needed a strong connection to catch up on some business and i had counted on it at this hotel. This was a major challenge for me. A couple bright sides: we checked in late and the night manager was helpful in letting us in after hours and helping us find a place to park our vehicle. Breakfast in the hotel was also ok but overpriced IMO

Comfortable hotel in a walkable area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean . All in all a good stay.

Hotel is wat gedateerd en gehorig, goede service en vriendelijk, ligging is mooi vlakbij het centrum.

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are comfortable and staff are friendly. Hotel says it has a lounge, but it is very tiny. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It offers free internet, but it is very slow.

Hotel staff was great! Just make sure you check in before 9pm since the lock the doors and shut down the front desk after 9pm.

I originally booked this hotel online because of the great reviews, at a good rate. On arrival, the lady that welcomed us in was extremely friendly and allowed us a late check-out which we were very happy with. The room itself was lovely - large, nicely presented and clean. At check-out, I went to pay and found that breakfast (which was originally quoted as being inclusive in the total price) was actually a compulsory extra - and very expensive. We didn't have breakfast, or ask for it, so we were a little surprised when 2 different ladies at the reception desk told us "YOU BOOK IT, YOU PAY FOR IT" with no explanation of the added extras. We had to leave quickly so we didn't kick up a fuss. When their card machine then wouldn't process my payment, the lady refused to give me any void receipts after repeatedly trying my card and seemed infuriated at us. She was extremely rude until her card machine finally worked. I would have liked to have stay here again since we come to Kleve often, but this has ruined how I feel about the hotel. All in all, a good trip but maybe some practice in customer service skills wouldn't go amiss.

I enjoyed my stay and if I go again I will stay in the same hotel

The only disappointment was that your website said the hotel had a bar & restaurant & it had neither.

Small hotel in Kleve, distance from centre of town and the train station. Very good breakfast and comfortable room. Good location for those visiting the Reichswald Forest War Cemetery.

140€/Nacht kein Fön, keine Minibar. Zimmer, direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, zu laut. Bad mit Fenster.

Fernseher hatte 1/4 des Bildes schwarzen Balken

Het ontbijt was echt te triest en dat voor 20 euro pp. In de avond geen.drankje te krihgen in het hotel. Winkels tussen 13.00 en 15.00 dicht. Geen terrasje

Nogal verouderd hotel. Slechte ventilatie en daardoor heel warme kamer. Bed en douche minimaal. De minibar (koelkast) was stuk. Veel te duur (92 euro) ten opzichte van de kwaliteit.

Goede centrale ligging.Centrum Kleve op loopafstand. Niet al te groot hotel, maar hierdoor ook makkelijk direct contact met personeel. Vond de bediening niet alleen vriendelijk, maar ook opgewekt. Aandacht voor " de gast " goed . Toch anders dan gevoel, je bent maar klant ! Hotel vanuit Nederland (per auto) heel goed. Bijna rechttoe, rechtaan.

Ich brauchte ja nur etwas für eine Nacht/ eine Übernachtung... aber den Preis (über 100,00€) wurde das Hotel nicht gerecht... sehr schade!

War toll,aber es könnte etwas erneuert werden. Frühstück reichlich.
