Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, auch der dazugehörige Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, nur ein paar wenige Dinge, aber das ist Geschmacksache, fehlten.

Great place in very nice neighborhood. Front desk was very kind & helpful. Nice easy walk to the Olympic Stadium & nearby restaurants Private gated parking lot was really convenient. Indoor pool facilities were a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Superb out of central location and well priced. My only criticism is no air conditioning or fans in the room which when it’s hot, the rooms get very warm. Otherwise wonderful staff and great facilities the pool and sauna are fantastic too.

Dieses Hotel praktiziert seine Preisgestaltung wie folgt: Sie gehen mit ihrer Familie essen und auf der Speisekarte steht: "Heute: jede Pizza 12,- €. Freudestrahlend bestellen Sie drei Pizzen und sind baff erstaunt, wenn Sie die Rechnung über 69,14 € bekommen statt über 36,-€.
Auf Nachfrage sagt der Kellner: "Der Preis von 12,- € gilt nur für die erste Pizza. Alle anderen Pizzen kosten 24,85 € pro Stück zuzüglich 4,32 € Steuern und 3,09 € weitere Abgaben. Da hätten Sie vorher das Kleingedruckte ganz hinten auf der Speisekarte besser lesen sollen."
Genauso erging es uns in diesem Hotel. Die erste Nacht kostete verlockende 120,-€, aber die folgenden Nächte kosteten 248,50 €... + 42,20 € Steuern und 30,90 € "Sonstige Kosten". Selten habe ich mich so verscheissert gefühlt.

Perfect hotel near Messe Berlin.
I ve been at the hotel for the last 5 years but I think the pool area should be included in the roomcosts. Think this is a sellingpoint and hope it will be included.

This is a very pleasant and priately owned hotel in the western part of Berlin. Conventiently located close to many immediate walkable adventures, idealy located close to Deutsche Bahn Spandau train station and the closest subway station not even 5 minutes away. Very safe area with great little ethnic restaurants

Service, Sauberkeit waren gut. Ärgerlich war, dass das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen war und wir vorgängig NICHT darüber informiert wurden. Wir waren geschäftlich in Berlin und wären sehr froh, gewesen, wenn wir das Abendessen im Hotel hätten einnehmen können.

Hotellet er fint, værelset var lidt besværligt indrettet men det fungerede.
Største skuffelse var, at man i modsætning til tidligere år pludselig skulle betale 6 Euro, hver gang man ville benytte swimmingpoolen!
