Als meine Frau und ich um Mitternacht unser Zimmer betraten, wurden wir von einem unangenehm kalten Hauch begrüßt, der durch das auf Kipp stehende Fenster drang. Angesichts unserer leichten Erkältung und der kurzen Schlafzeit von nur 3-4 Stunden auf unserer Durchreise war dies äußerst frustrierend. Trotz der Möglichkeit, die Temperatur auf der Klimaanlage auf bis zu 30 Grad einzustellen, konnten wir das Zimmer einfach nicht aufwärmen. Am nächsten Tag beschwerte ich mich telefonisch beim Personal, nur um zu erfahren, dass angeblich Heizkörper vorhanden seien, die jedoch hinter den langen, schweren Vorhängen versteckt waren. In den letzten Monaten habe ich in 6-7 verschiedenen, modernen Hotels übernachtet, und alle nutzen die Klimaanlage zur Heizung. Da nach 23 Uhr kein Personal mehr im Haus war, zögerte ich, jemanden anzufordern, um weitere Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Es ist frustrierend, 70€ für ein kaltes Zimmer zu zahlen, besonders wenn keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels bei der Preisgestaltung gezeigt wird. Diese Erfahrung war enttäuschend und hinterlässt einen bitteren Beigeschmack.

Fernsehen ist nur beim Liegen in den Betten möglich. Das Zimmer wurde am 25.12. nicht gereinigt, da wir nicht das Schild "Bitte Zimmer reinigen" nicht an die Tür gehangen haben.

Zu laut , Gastronomie wegen Personalmangels geschlossen ( gekühlte Getränke lediglich aus dem Automaten ) , Haare und Zahnpasta Rückstände im angeblich frisch geputzten Badezimmer
Schlussendlich erwartet man für den Preis nicht das Gefühl als würde man in einer Jugendherberge übernachten !
