The bar area and especially the Barkeeper was great!
Rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and a great shower.
Checkin was average, the guy at the front desk could have been friendlier but not an issue really.
We will definitely stay there again!

Loved this hotel. Great location outside of the city. Large rooms great service. Just a few min walk to the UBan and you can buy tickets right at the hotel. Lots of dining options nearby too

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is within the Arabellapark which is convenient for shopping and to the au-Bahn connection into the city.
The hotel is modern & clean. We loved the bikes that the hotel offered to ride to the English Garten and Beergardens.

Hotel is close to Rewe and many restaurants and public transportation, but the rooms are sparsely equipped, with no refrigerator, small sink, old sofa. I hate that breakfast cost €20 per person per day, and parking cost €30 per day. One of the cleaning staff have terrible body odor and the smell permeates the entire hallway. The cleaning staff also didn't vacuum the carpet, or replace the sheets and the cups. Overall not impressed with this hotel. I think I will not stay at another Best Western ever again because of this experience.

Stay was disappointing. From online advertisement, it seemed like parking and breakfast were included with the booking - both were not. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

I booked a hotel at the very last minute. It was my first time in Germany and Munich for that matter. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The area this hotel was located in looked a bit shady; but more importantly, I wished there was an easier way to understand the parking situation as the side away from the hotel was paid parking and the side along the hotel was free apparently. Aside from that, the hotel was very clean. Usually the last minute reservations aren’t that great or at least that’s been my luck, this hotel however surpassed my expectations and was truly accommodating.
