An enjoyable stay with helpful and friendly staff.
I really liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room - excellent. One small point: there was no daily cleaning or bed making and as a result the tea and coffee was not filled so this resulted in having to ask at reception.
Comfortable bed but the frame has very sharp wooden corners at the bottom.
Generally a well organised and friendly hotel which really tries hard. Well done.

The room did not have aircondition and it was over 30 degrees the first night but even when it was not warm out it was warm inside.
Breakfast was not only 21 euros per person but also not good.

The room was very warm, and the window faced the courtyard where frantic activity took place in the morning, making it extremely noisy. Approximately at 8:00 AM, housekeeping staff entered the room, and after I reacted, he left abruptly without any apology or further comment. When I brought this to the attention of the reception, they were indifferent and said they would address it with the staff, but nothing more. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory.

The room was basic but comfortable. There was a safe, which was nice, but no small fridge. No air conditioning. Opening the window was tricky as Kantstrasse is very noisy. The location was excellent in terms of subway, S-Bahn, and bus access.

The hotel description says parking with privilege in/out, however they do not even have enough parking. When I got there and asked where to park they said they were full and then I realized they only have 6 parking at the hotel. They sent me to a public parking to park my car!!
There was no air condition/ air recirculating in my room!!
I would not come back to this hotel.

The hotel is clean, well-located, and affordable. However, there are many problems I encountered. First, even though I checked in online, I had to wait over an hour (from 2-3 p.m) to get a room, and, furthermore, the surly and unhelpful young lady at the Reception, stated (in German, which I speak fluently), "You'll have to pay to leave your bags here, even though you're a guest, because I have to get a key for the storage, etc.)" Outrageous! I've been in thousands of hotels, and hundreds in Germany, and this was the first time a hotel tried to charge me, a guest, for short-term luggage storage! Fortunately, when I returned about an hour later, a man was at the Reception who was somewhat helpful. The room itself also had significant problems. The safe didn't work, and was reported to the cleaning staff, but no one came to fix it. The room was also not sufficiently soundproofed and very nearly the next morning I heard loud noised from an adjacent room. And there were no bath towels--I had to request them from the cleaner. Etc. All in all, this is NOT a four-star hotel, more like (generous...) a 2.5-3 star hotel at best....

Reception area is a little dull and is also the bar area which isn't atmospheric.
There isn't any air-conditioning in the rooms, but they did provide me with a fan when I asked. I had a room at the back of the hotel so wasn't disturbed by traffic, but building neighbours and other work was audible. However, the room was comfortable - forgot to ask for bath and only had a shower. Only cleaned on request so tea/coffee supplies don't get updated.
Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold, as well as a continental take-away option. They didn't appear approving when I made a cup of tea to take away and filled my water bottle.
Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and shops too. Easy access from the U-bahn and S-bahn and on the line that goes to the airport which is a really interesting and cheap alternative (if longer) to a taxi.

Personalet virker lidt uengageret og rengøringen var lidt overfladisk. Hotellet ligger supergodt, men der er MEGET lydt, så sørg for at få værelser så langt væk fra gaden og morgenmadsrestaurant/indgang som muligt. De starter med at skramle med affaldcontainere og stole meget tidligt! Værelserne til den lille side og der er ingen a/c, det er et problem ift at have vinduet åbent ud til gaden (meget støj) . Jeg havde nok forventet lidt mere af et 4 stjernet hotel ift service og komfort.
