Best Western Plus Parkhotel & Spa Cottbus

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, which was really impressive in many areas. The rooms are bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. What is particularly noteworthy is that we traveled with our dog and everything went very smoothly. The loving gesture of providing bowls for our four-legged friend made us very happy and showed that we also think about the little guests. The breakfast buffet is rich and offers a good selection to start the day well. The hotel's own restaurant also impressed us with its delicious dishes. The wellness area is large and beautifully designed, which we saw as a highlight beforehand. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing point during our stay: on the first day two saunas were out of operation, and on the second day only one of five saunas was still running, which significantly affected relaxation. There was only an infusion on the first day, and there was no infusion at all on the second day. Given the hotel's strong advertising for the wellness area, this was a shame and clearly missed out on the promised relaxation experience. A highlight, however, was the fitness studio: it is really well equipped! Lots of equipment, free weights, dumbbells and various accessories were available - ideal for anyone who doesn't want to miss out on their training even on vacation. All in all, the hotel is recommended and offers a lot of comfort. With a little more reliability in the wellness area, the stay would have been perfect.

Very nice hotel, quiet location, top rooms and you can walk to nature in 3 minutes.

Beautiful stay and great rooms, pool and restaurant. Very friendly staff and all our wishes were fulfilled. It was about contour pillows for sleeping and the 5-minute egg for breakfast. I can only recommend it to everyone. We thank you very much. LG.
