NICE POSITION AND FRIENDLY STAFF

It was a bit confusing for us to find because you have to walk into a square but the hotel was lovely and very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Christmas market was just around the corner. The parking wasn’t far but you do have to roll your luggage thru cobblestone streets which was a challenge in the rain. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

I stayed for one night. The room was fine albeit a little small. The location was good, but the building is hard to find. The staff we friendly. The noise was noticeable but not a big deal. If it was a busier time of year, I could see it being a problem

Nice hotel, great location to the old town,if you're a shopper you'll love it. Went to dusseldorf ,nice place.

This property is in a great location. We could walk everywhere. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice.

Hotel facilities were very good, outside the hotel was not very nice and the hotel was difficult to locate, could be improved by better signage at the address provided

We stayed here on our last night in Europe after 2 weeks of travel. Front desk was super helpful and accommodating. Beautiful family room for all 4 of us and a wonderful way to get a great sleep before our long journey home to U.S. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops and historic cathedral nearby. Note- they no longer have laundry facilities on site. (Hotels.com website outdated). We walked 12 mins to laundromat. Easy to use.

Modern and rooms, tucked away in a courtyard behind one of the main squares in Cologne. Great location for city centre attractions, including the cathedral.

Location is odd and the place was kind of hard to find. But, the rooms were a good size and clean.

Very central hotel with easy access to sights and eating out. Situated in a courtyard which really insulates you from the hustle and bustle which goes on roundabout you. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would great to have somewhere to make a cup of tea or coffee during the day though.

Quaint little hotel in old town, along cobbled streets. Close to the riverfront, and a short walk from the cathedral. Cologne is a beautiful city and a pleasant surprise on our tour of Germany, and this hotel was a good choice.

The service at the hotel was super great, staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. I would recommend this to everyone as its close to all the attractions.

The staff was incredible. When we found out there was a train strike, and would need to stay another night at the hotel unexpectedly on a very busy mostly sold out time, they immediately were able to reserve rooms at their hotel at a discounted rate! Hotel was so comfortable and great location!

Visited Köln for the Christmas markets and the property is pretty central to the markets, nightlife and only 15 mins from the Dom and station. Friendly welcome on arrival to the property, we were given a map and instructions for times of breakfast, WiFi and also warned of the building works ongoing and it gets noisy from 8 until 3. It’s unavoidable and it’s not like you are going to be wasting time while you are there. We had a double room that was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and of a good size. The shower is great BTW!!! We opted for breakfast, there is a lot of choice and caters for everyone’s tastes as in our part there was a vegetarian and also someone with a nut and wheat allergy and we were all catered for. Breakfast gets very busy from 8.30-10am and it can be a bit fraught as some guests can be a little entitled. The staff have a lot of patience. We slept well in the comfortable beds and the duvets were nice and warm and the rooms were quiet. Check out was easy and there is a room to store your cases if like us you had a later flight. We had a good stay and would recommend the property and would happily stay again.
