The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are required to be members of Hostelling International or an affiliate, such as German Youth Hostel Association. Guests must present a valid membership card at check-in. Guests who are not members may purchase a membership online or at the reception desk at check-in. Special membership fees may be available for schools, clubs, and other institutions. Members from outside Germany are subject to the regulations in their country of origin, but non-members from abroad can also purchase welcome stamps at this hostel.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
