Fabulous hotel, with comfortable room, aircon and exceptional breakfast selection. Hotel is ideally situated near the East Side Mall for supermarket and restaurants plus a 10 min walk to U and S Bahn transport for rest of Berlin

Great location near to the Uber Eats arena and music hall. 5 mins walk from Ostbahnhof rail station. Very good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

Good location. Very basic breakfast. I asked the room to be clean, when I returned to the room they didn't change a dirty towel, the mug with some tea from the previous day was still there. They dropped some of my creams/skin products to the floor. I wouldn't stay here again, very bad housekeeping service.

Great breakfast by Berlin Wall! Have to take a bus or train to many attractions but it was easy. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a busy area but the windows keep the noise out, it’s very convenient to the Uber arena and the Berlin Wall, and very nice view of the river Spree. It has the best breakfast area and food of all the Hampton Inn, I have stayed in.

Furchtbares Personal, planlos, unflexibel. Keine Wertschätzung gegenüber Kunden. Wurden wir Verbrecher behandelt. Kleine Betten, katastrophale Dusche - diese öko-wasserspar-Duschen sind ein Witz. Preis angesichts der Leistung unverschämt. Sicher nie wieder

Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room facilities were excellent as was the breakfast.

I’m happy I chose this hotel for my first visit to Berlin. The staff staff is gracious and helpful. It sits beside a shopping plaza with several restaurants and a mall and the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. It’s directly across the street from the river and the East Side Gallery. They also offer a beautiful breakfast with many delicious options.

I stayed here whilst attending a concert at the Uber Arena. I chose it mainly for its close proximity. Its location is really its main selling point with, not only the Arena being so close but also the Uber Eats Music Hall and many local amenities - restaurants, shopping mall and being a stop for sightseeing tours. As to the hotel itself, it's modern and clean and well maintained. But the service was not the best.. the reception staff were rather offhand and seemed distracted. The breakfast seemed to deplete rather quickly. Many of the more popular items weren't replaced. And there were no evening meal facilities of course. But my stay was comfortable and convenient. Which is more than other hotels

### Disappointing Service at a Conveniently Located Hotel The hotel's location between the Berlin Wall and the Uber Arena is convenient. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked room slippers, which were not provided even upon request. The breakfast spread was adequate, but the staff cleared food too quickly, even when it was untouched, leading to unnecessary waste. They claimed we could always take more, which seemed quite wasteful. Unfortunately, the service and staff attitude were terrible—the worst I have ever encountered. The staff were disinterested, rude, and never smiled. I couldn't help but wonder if this treatment was due to my being Asian. I expected better from a Hilton-branded hotel. Due to this experience, I will not return, especially since there are other options in the area. Such a shame.

Staff were so delightful from my very late check in to the breakfast staff and all the front desk . Interesting area and it was easy walking along the river.

I would stay here again. Very quiet in the room. Firm bed but comfortable. Could have done with more tea/coffee/milk. Breakfast choice was good and plentiful. Location by Mercedes Benz arena was ideal for a gig. East side gallery right outside. Bus stops very nearby and a few mins walk to two train stations.

Great service and location

We had a bunch of things arriving to the hotel before arrival. Staff dealt with it brilliantly and were very helpful. Comfy beds. Pillows better than most German hotels!
