+ We booked one night for a night stop on our way between Czech Republic and France. It was perfect. It's clean and quiet. Motorway isn't far and around there is a nice walking to do along the river with restaurants close by. - Breakfast wasn't fantastic. Not many fruits and no yogurts. The AC was too strong it was cold when we arrived

The location is great, the walk around next to the river was beautiful. We arrived at 3 in the morning, the 24-hour check-in is greatly appreciated, we arrived at 3 in the morning, the receptionist was super chill and friendly, and everything was very fast so that we could get to bed. The interior heavily stylised into a sailor/port theme is definitely not my style, but I guess most people like stuff like this. I would like stuff like this to be more geared to be practical. If it wasn't for the parking issue, this would be an easy 5 star The only real complaint is with parking when leaving. I paid for parking in the morning, but my ticket did not get updated and didn't let me out of the car park. The lady receptionist was very difficult to deal with, as she kept telling me that it works....it took me walking 4 times from my car to the front desk before she let me out manually.

Probably the worst stay I ever had. And that’s before considering the price. You basically get a refurbished ibis budget, but without an in-room workspace or a closet. The service wasn’t great and the staff at all levels feel entitled. I had no room service (cleaning) done in my room over the three nights I stayed, yet the hotel manager had the audacity to tell me off for leaving rubbish in the room at checkout. Don’t you dare order take-away or grab a bottle of wine downstairs and leave it in the room. I was also travelling with my cat. I paid extra to be allowed to live with it. I have a suit-case litter box that keeps the cat keeps the litter from going all over the place and as extra a special bag that you set-up inside the litter box, to keep the litter in one place, once your done with it. Yet again at checkout the manager said they do not allow pets, that I made a mess and that I’m not welcome anymore. I wasn’t phased, because even without the checkout situation I would not have stayed there again. Unfortunately I was running late for my plane, so I had no time to check the room with her. Over the past year I stayed in 15 different places, ranging from common Airbnb’s to marriot and top Accor stay’s. In 10 of those places I brought my cat and not once had I gotten such bad feedback and such bad service. Perhaps, if you are a German tourist, you have different expectations as a customer. If you are a foreign tourist not used to Germany, I would look elsewhere - the price is wrong and the service is off.

Hotel, rooms and breakfast were ok. Staff was friendly. What really was a disappointment, was the lack of parking space on premise, there are only 15 spots available. Saw many people had to walk a bit (80-100m) with their luggage and had to leave their car on a public road. There is a parking garage nearby but quite open entrance, not nice if you have a car full of stuff while en route to your end destination.

No privacy here! At 19:30 i was back to my room after long day at work. Bare naked, seating on the toilet i was surprised by some lady entering the bathroom. I wonder how come a hotel management decides to clean the rooms at 19:30 in the evening? (Room was not cleaned for the past 3 days that i was there.) Maybe it is cultural thing in Germany and it is normal, but for me it was a stressful situation. I don't have other complains. The place is nice and very well maintained.
