Stay was good. Here I only want to write a review to say thanks to hotel management specially Chanada Muller.
Because after reaching back in my country I called on hotel reception, and requested her invoices on my email , and she responded in a very good way and promptly emailed me all required invoices.
Hotel management overall is very helpful.

Absolutely worth for the money, room was clean and modern and breakfast was excellent. Within a walking distance from the lovely old town we found mostly due to the really cool wallpaper with tips in the bathroom (!!). Unfortunately hotel parking has limited spaces and we were sent to look out on our own.

First time in a niu hotel as now you can collect ihg points, visiting the mercedes factory, breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and modern, Sewar at the front desk was brilliant, many thanks!

No air conditioning at this hotel—do not trust what is written on their webpage. The reviews for the past month claim they are working on fixing the A/C, but it's all lies; the A/C is still not fixed—we had to go out and buy a fan. The manager is a coward who refused to address customers' complaints, leaving the poor reception staff, who have no power but to apologize to everyone.
If you have rooms booked anytime through the end of August, the summer period, cancel and book elsewhere.
At best, if you push hard, they'll just apologize and offer free parking—totally unacceptable!

Beautiful and clean, yet too lacking in comfort. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, no wardrobes, no room service. However, the breakfast is excellent at only €10 per person.
