Holiday Inn Express KAISERSLAUTERN, an IHG Hotel

Excellent location and excellent service in every aspect. Breakfast was included and also very good. On-site parking for 7€ was very convenient. We will return.

Very nice hotel! Comfortable beds, nice dark rooms to sleep in, a bar and great breakfast.

This hotel is typical Holiday Inn Express. Updated, very modern. Usual breakfast. But, some issues. Basically no housekeeping. You carry your trash down and give it to staff. Go to desk for toilet paper. Good for quick overnight or temporary duty. Not a vacation spot. Some of the staff are amazing, couple crabby. My biggest problem here was smoking. Everyone, including staff, stand right outside the front door. 20 people will be right under the windows talking and smoking all hours. Smoke and noise comes into the rooms. A bright note, there is a wonderful Japanese restaurant within walking distance. If you are a walker there is a really nice park, Volkspark, about a half hour walk away. The main street is within walking distance. 2nd time here.

Nice staff! Quiet on a nice way. Breakfast is not bad at all, good selection of bread.

Twas a dastardly time

Property is like new. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Parking is pay only in front of the hotel which we did not know & it was not advertised. But, there is free parking in the lot behind the hotel that they don’t tell you about until after you’re in the pay lot. Breakfast was great with good selection. I can’t speak to the location & surrounding area much because I was only there for a short overnight stay.

Nice Hotel. The staff was very friendly. Ayesha (sp? Was super helpful, and friendly offering restaurant suggestions for our group. Very clean, and I LOVE the heated bathroom floor!! My ONLY complaint was it didn’t offer a lot of things nearby. For the price, an excellent value.

It’s good

The location was kind of hard to find, but it is located in a great spot downtown.

Clean and modern hotel. Would like to see more breakfast options like scrambled eggs and bacon. But what was provided was good and fresh.

Not the best hotel in the area for amenities but it is clean and safe with easy parking, lacks fridge in room , lacks American tv channels and breakfast pretty generic otherwise probably above average for a German hotel for business trip. No gym either

The rooms could have been little bigger. But it was really nice and clean.

My wife and I stayed here overnight on our way to München. Awesome hotel. 5 stars!

Arrived after driving 550km. At first fine but at 2300 had to phone reception sbout music/ noise Although receptionist tried to help we had no option but to change rooms. Not practical and not happy. Hotels.com tried to contact prpoerty but no answer therefore no refund. Customer service at hotels.com not at fault Definitely should have had tefund due to inconvenience of packing up at near midnight to another room!!!

Very Nice Airport Hotel. In the Squaire. Connected to airport bt two pedestrian bridges up escalators from check in lobbies A/Z and B/C. We were able to order food after 22:00. Room nice. Peaceful view of Stadtwald/City forest

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. The room was crammed and hot we had to leave the same day we checked in. The staff did not care why were leaving SO soon. But it was clean and quiet.

Everything was nice. However, they don't have a gym. I paid 10 Euro to use the gym down the street.

The staff spoke english, and were very polite.
