Hotel Ambiente Langenhagen Hannover by Tulip Inn

The hotel is well situated but we haven’t been happy with the cleanliness and service. Please see the pictures about the state of the room. I am not sure if the room was actually planned to be used as the lamps weren’t plugged in and the unit were the fridge was was very badly closed up. The dust behind the unit and in the vent is not great especially for my wife with asthma and COPD. We also asked for an additional pillow. The answer was: We don’t have many and if we got one will will bring it up. Guess what. No pillow available in the whole hotel. Won’t stay there again.

Stay away - unless you like the 80s. Everything is way beyond it‘s life span and furniture tired. We arrived late and 2 scary guys behind the counter that looked and smelled like alcoholics checked us in.

Great service but difficult to get to because of construction work.

Careful covid measures in place. Mostly friendly staff. Queensize beds not available. Single beds had to be pushed together to create one large bed.

We were pleased with our stay. It was just a stop on our trip, but very amiable.

Good transit hotel with close link to the motorway or airport. Very clean room and competitive prices.

Only down side was we asked for the sink plug to be fixed over three days and this never got done and the empty beer bottles left in the fridge in the room.

Close to tram and not a long journey to the main station. Wi-Fi was not very good. i could not connect but wife's phone did ok. i ended up hot spotting my laptop over my T-Mobile phone which is limited to 2G in Europe, so that sucked for me. Staff was nice and food was good.

It s the worst WIFI internet I ever see. it s slow, always disconnected, And you dont get much mobile phone signal inside the room either. I have to sit near the door to work on my laptop, and stand near the window to send whatsapp. the room is clean, but I still need to score it 0, as the wifi is -999 score.

This is a nice hotel. The local area is peaceful and safe. There is a tram station nearby for access to city centre. The staff at the hotel are friendly and the check in process is seamless and efficient.

We were been told by Expedia that it is 4* rating hotel but when we got to the hotel rating was 3*.We requested double bed,when we checked in got given 2 single beds kept together.Being very upset called Expedia and spoke to Rupesh S,he was not helpful and asked to speak to manager to which he said that no manager is available,asked him if manager can call back but nobody called back.Went to the reception and they said they can give us double mattress on 2 single beds,didn't have any option but had to accept it.Then the next day the room got cold in night when queried that was told that room was warm enough according to room temperature (well it was not and we were cold the whole night).Then on the other day I stayed in the room and housekeeping came,was shocked as no linen was changed she just rearranged everything and walked away,even the coffee mugs were not replaced just rinsed in water.I went to th reception and complained to which I was told that this is how they do the housekeeping. Was very shocking as we paid nearly £500 for 4 nights and that too without breakfast.Expedia was not helpful either.We were been charged overrately for this room with wrong information.

Nice hotel providing good value for money - close to airport and city. Excellent food and staff.
