Very nice hotel just off the Kdam shopping street. The hotel is very strick on check in times, 3pm....so plan ahead. Room & bathroom was very nice, very big bathtub which is why I picked the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Would stay again.

Lovely and attentive staff and bedroom/bathroom very clean
Liked the option of having sheets/ towels changed every 3rd day as kinder to the environment

Perfectly decent hotel, well situated for shopping and with large, pretty comfortable rooms. Nothing to criticise or get excited about. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t judge. No bar or public areas to speak of. Very lively Shisha bar/restaurant right next door but never heard a thing. Very fair value overall.

Good location beside supermarkets & very near bus stops and U Bahn, and the hotel is just off the main shopping areas. Rooms could do with upgrading but still comfortable & clean. One flaw is the fridge powers off with all other electrical sockets when you take out your key card to leave your room. So if the fridges were set to work all the time when guests were staying that would be a great improvement cos otherwise the fridge is pointless.
Staff haven't the best English, but were mostly helpful.

I booked a 4☆ hotel as a special treat,, and it wasn't cheap. This hotel is not 4☆by any standard I recognise. Apart from the room and a breakfast room, there were no other facilities, not even a mini bar. This was a bed and breakfast hotel, nothing more, and you should not have advertised it as anything else. Quite frankly, this was fraud. I have a Mercure hotel close to where I live and expected something similar. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The hotel is in a good spot, the room / bathroom had a good size. Unfortunately, the WIFI was not working all the time throughout the hotel which is annoying when you are there for work. The service was very good, the staff friendly and the location is great for shopping / sight seeing and is well connected.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great value for the money. Location is wonderful for everything from sightseeing to shopping to restaurants. (Also, if you're trying to minimize restaurant dining for health or budgetary reasons, there are two great inexpensive supermarkets on the block and a fridge in the hotel room.)

The hotel was dirty. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom tub was full of mold. It's a unfortunate bc the same hotel in Paris was wonderful. Location was good but that was the only thing positive. We left a day before bc we couldn't stand it. Very unwelcoming.

Our room was very roomy which was great for 4 people and our luggage. Air conditioning in the room was so nice! Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and close to Hop On Hop Off bus tour stop. Parking next door at the Lidl was convenient and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but the sleeper sofa was only okay in terms of comfort.
