Excellent windows as was on busy road near Octoberfest so noise not bad. Rooms and bathroom good size for 3lads. No full English for breakfast and only thing warm was sausages and scrambled eggs.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.Its very conveniently located near the train station, restaurants and Marienplatz. It’s very clean and staff is supportive n polite.

Spent one night after coming in from elsewhere in Bavaria before heading to the airport. Hotel was clean and close to train station. Wouldn't stay long term, but good for spending a night before heading out of town.

Nice location, close to train station. The elevator was broken down, so we had to carry our luggage up and down. Out room facing the stairs and the sound proof was not good, so we can hear people talking all night because of oktoberfest was going on. I asked to extend 1 hour until 12 pm for checking out but was refused. Usually no problem with other hotels I have stayed.

The hotel was a great location and friendly staff, walkable to Oktoberfest and Old Town, lots of restaurants and shopping. The area can be quite noisey at night so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on a higher floor.

the only good thing about this hotel was the staff, very friendly and helpful!
the area is very unsafe, we witnessed several fights on the hotel street.
at the hotel the elevator is not in service (wish I knew this before we got there) we got the 5th floor
there is no AC :(

The hotel was adequate inside but hotel is directly beside a noisy strip club that also attracts a rough crowd so when we stayed there, there was a big fight outside the club that was traumatizing to see and hear. The staff doesn't really speak English and the owner will not give a refund for any circumstance.

Solid 3 stars. Adequate facilities and service. Good location, with only a short walk from Munich Hbf and short walk to Old Town. There is a strip club next door but this did not impact our experience in anyway. We would consider staying here again.

Property was located next door to a strip club. My room was on the 2nd floor right above the entrance to the strip club and shared a wall with the strip club. It t was loud and I heard music at night. When I looked out my window I could see stripping reflected in the windows of the buildings across the street. I’m not sure if this was live or a video but it clearly showed a round stage with strippers. It was loud, very unsettling, and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I asked to be moved the next night and the hotel gave me a new room without asking questions and that room was good. I would like to request a refund for the first night in the unacceptable room.

Hotel breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
It was very noisy on the street and the hotel could not more us the first night because they were full.
Any issues about the reservation were met with a blank stare and a “you booked with an outside party so we don’t know anything.”

Hi! Hotel picture of room is misrepresented! Shower so small I bumped my head on the wall so hard! Bed has one flat pillow and room is congested ! I had such a hard uncomfortable bed and slept only few hours This is coated in a dirty looking street area! Strip joint is close by such a seedy are! Went for a walk andsomeone was following from the receptionist was very unfriendly the first one I met and as soon as she finished conversation head went downwards just not courteous and unwelcoming! I checked out after first night very early and checked into Eden Wolff right across central station!
