I have had one of the best experiences in this hotel. It was very close to the place I wanted to go. The staff were super friendly and really took care of my requests. The rooms were clean, warm and with a very nice outlook from the windows. The prices are affordable.
I’ll certainly recommend this place and will book it again if I come back to Hamburg. 😊

good hotel but I paid twice for the same room, due to the receptionist's mistake I received an invoice for one transaction. They haven't wanted to refund the money for 4 months and there is no response to the e-mail. For me they are cheaters and thieves. 18/09/2023

You just lost a potential customer. I made a phone inquiry prior to completing the last step at Booking(dot)com, to double check if it's OK to make a later check-in and asked the male person over phone if they could speak English, on which they replied to me in German, in incredibly rude and patronising tone that we are in Germany therefore we speak German here, and refused to help me out in English so I wasn't able to understand much of the hotel policies, or pass my call to someone who is able to speak English. I am shocked about such a lack of hospitality, rudeness and absolutely xenophobic reply from a side of international hotel that is supposed to be welcoming international guests who are — guess what — foreigners who use English as means of international communication when visiting other countries such as Germany. Shame on you!

The staff are so friendly speak very good English. Rooms excellent and comfy beds. Food is amazing. Cannot fault this hotel. We had a brilliant 2 nights stay. Thank you so much.
