The hotel is outside from the Subway U-Westendstraße in a very quiet zone. Near 5 min by car (or 3 subway stations) from main Train station Munchen HBF. 5 stations from city center. The room was clean, the shower is not small and works very well. The reception service was nice in spite of our late check-in (2am).

We loved the simple ness of the room. Comfy bed with duvet, great shower. Quiet and the bar, with snacks, is open 24 hours a day. Great breakfast available too. Close to the U train service and 55 minutes from the airport via the S Train Service.

Hotel is ok, good location and clean room.
The Staffs needs to be more professional, need training. It’s not their fault.
Not professionalism at all in the speech way or dressing.
Also and more important, the price.
A bottle of water for € 5,90 is insane.

My main complaint, shared by the others in our group, no AC in the month of September during Oktoberfest. They intentionally turn it off. It was hot and uncomfortable and we were told to just open the window. Which did not help, but made it extremely noisy in the room with parting outside and night and street noise at daylight.
The staff at check in were nice, the breakfast good, the rooms large and comfortable if it not so warm. Train station close. Price reasonable.
I would not stay here again, because I can not sleep when it’s hot in the room. My only filters are WI-FI and temperature control. They should change to advertising only Summer temperature control.

Rooms were smaller than images made you believe. Ice machine was broken and they were stingy with the bags they used. Rooms were hot and I was told air conditioning was turned off for this time off year. Was told to open window which meant staying awake until drunken crowds below and around building left around 2-3 am. Clean and most staff cheerful but even then often attitude was take it or leave it

It was satisfactory even though there was only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeping barged into the room advising checkout was at 12, 2 hours early…we were still in the bed reading. Lobby area was very nice, checkin staff was very nice. However, one overnight staff acted like he was put out when we asked for a drink from the bar…only 1 person working the lobby and bar. We were the only 2 people in the bar area. Other than that is was adequate.

Really disappointing
The hotel was a building site - According to Hotels.com the building works was meant to finish in Sept. so you would expect this to be pristine in Dec. However I was very upset this was not the case on my arrival.
A very disappointing stay, The reception and lift access was so dangerous, tools materials and builders working away - Dust and noise all day.
