Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Nice have two separated rooms with thier own bathrooms.
The kitchenette is ok but there needs to and there is space for a little worktop to prepare or chop foods and also needs for cupboards space to place not chilled food. Also not good only have one safe in one of the rooms plus the safe is very small to fit a 11" tablet in.
The bed is very comfortable but pillows are way too soft. Had to request two more. The blackout curtains are brilliant, no light gets through. The bathrooms are large with a supply of shower gels and shampoos pity the only shelf in there is too high.
It nice to have access to the iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement.
The bar is closed for some reason even the one in the opposite hotel. Not sure why? This hotel doesnt serve breakfast or a sauna but the opposite hotel can be used for these and luckily its not far.
There a few restaurants close by and a supermarket around 3 mins walk away. Also the underground station is 2 mins walk away.
It was a lovely stay and would definitely stay again and again.

Overall it was good, the hotel is nice and super close to the public transportation. In the last day we didn't get our room cleaned and in the afternoon we asked on that and they told that they will check but nothing.

We arrived to our room and it was terribly hot. We could mange this but the room smelled very strongly of the restaurant food on the main floor. The room was not acceptable to relax or sleep. On top of this, the second room was not clean, there was a build up of dust on surfaces like the side table and TV remote and also hair in the bathroom.
We spoke with the hotel staff and they were very accommodating and moved us to a new room the next day. Hotel staff we dealt with was very friendly.
I was very excited to stay here as it is listed as an eco-hotel. However, I would not stay here again and do not feel it is a 4-star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was comfortable and clean the 2 bed apartment was a slight let down, in that one of the bedrooms only had windows into a internal courtyard
Also no air conditioning only a tower fan

awful experience, dont know how they claim they have 4 stars... the hotel is really old and not in good shape, the shower is really really small, could bearly fit and it was broken for 2 days and the solution for the smart ppl at reception was to offer a smaller room or go take a shower at the hotel next door!! IT HAS NO AC!!! don´t know how the pull the star rating again with this one. wished I hadnt booked, overall awful experience but couldnt move out since i had a non refundable rate

Hotel wasn’t bad, just different things to get used to as Americans. The biggest issue was the heat. There is no air conditioning in the hotel and even when it was cool outside, it was still warm inside. We only had one hot day, but difficulty sleeping every night, even when it was only 11-13 degrees Celsius (50-57 Fahrenheit) outside. We opened all of the windows, but it was hard to get a good breeze going. The shower was also very tiny in the smaller bedroom and doors didn’t make a good seal so water got all over the floor. For reference, I’m 5’9 and 150 lbs and every time I bent down my butt would open the doors up. Impossible to shave in there. The height of the shower head wouldn’t be able to accommodate anyone taller than myself and if you were over 200lbs you definitely wouldn’t fit in there. The rooms also had normal locks with keys which I haven’t seen in hotels since I was a child. Other than that we had a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel is in a good location. Sites are not far away and there is a subway station right there.

Great location! This hotel was perfect for our visit, with having 2 rooms and the kitchenette. The Indian restaurant at the location was excellent, and lovely dining along the canal. I would absolutely stay here again.
