10/10 would stay here again. The service was better than we could have asked for and they were so accommodating to our group traveling with two babies under 1 year old. The rooms had everything we needed and the fitness center was exceptional! The sauna and relaxation rooms were an amazing surprise. The lobby has a great vibe with good drinks and delicious food. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel well situated in Mainz, cool ambiance with young and fun attitude, good service and nice people.
Socializing area on the ground floor and very nice gym / spa on the top floor. Very clean and nice view.

My advice: don't book a room in hot summer days. The room is nice, clean and the staff are nice. But the problem ist that they don't turn on the central air conditioner (probably to save money). It's better to have people like me complain about the temperature than pay the for the energy bill.
They keep a copy of a card inserted in the wall to activate the energy. And give you another one to access the room. I complained about it. They move me to other room, and it was the same. I asked some friends staying in other rooms, it was the same. Really terrible to sleep. I had to keep the window open, hearing the noise of the street, and ambulances. So the hotel is OK. But I would never book a room in summer here.
Probably that's why they have an ECO CERTIFICATION. My sleep quality was affected by their anxiety to keep an ECO certification. It is my option.

Perfect location, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet, incredible gym and sauna facilities but the rooms are tiny. The prices are quite high for the rooms but I was very impressed with the design and amenities. The fitness centre was better than most hotels and there were two large dry saunas along with a room to relax in afterwards - quite like a Scandinave spa experience. The location is convenient for traveling. The rooms did not have very much air flow or air conditioning at all. They provided a fan but they really need to fix the air and fan systems. Also found a tiny piece of glass on the carpet that was not vacuumed which was too bad. But aside from that, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The staff are quite helpful and responsive to WhatsApp messages for various hotel requests.

It doesn’t get much better - great location, friendly staff, clean and cozy and modern rooms. Great service as well: Parking with charging spots, free drinks from the minibar, high performance WiFi.
