Amazing weekend stay. We were here for a baseball tournament. The staff at the hotel and restaurant was very friendly. Beautiful hotel, nice pool, great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel on the edge of the city, easy to get to from the motorway. An ideal stopping off point the staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy for a few euros. The dining menu was a little limited, but it was a Sunday night in fairness; regardless the currywurst and chips were good and my son enjoyed his pizza. Breakfast was also excellent.

Friendly people - decent breakfast - the disappointing thing is we booked for 2 adults and 3 kids. One booking. We were put in two rooms a very big distance from each other. So will all our clothes in same luggage this wasn't at all useful. Clearly one booking should be in two rooms next to each other?

Stayed at Mercure for one night before our trip to Phantasialand.
It was a normal room for 2 converted into a room for 4 ny adding 2 child beds. Not bad but then it left less room to move around.
Theres a tram stop nearby and we used the tram to visit the city.
Rest everything was alright.
