Excellent experience. Close to walk into the Old Town and great staff

Upon checkin we found out no handwash in washroom, next morning in shower area there are two shampoo but none body wash. The receptionists were not really welcoming and took the mishaps very casually. The parking spaces indoors are horrifically narrow. Bedding was good.

Excellent room and location. Huge morning breakfast and so many coffee & juice options! Modern hotel, all throughout. Best thing is the location relative to Marienplatz. Thank you staff!

Good location, nice amenities. A few small issues with cleaning staff not replacing tissues, coffees and cleaning glasses.

Excellent breakfast. All staff very friendly & courteous. Good bathroom(in newer building) Bar area comfortable & nice atmosphere.

Only complaint is how late the sauna opens. After 4 seems a bit much. Everything else was outstanding. Had weird room service interactions though. If you are in the room at the time they come, you will get no service that day even is you ask for it at the desk.

Breakfast, room, comfort, bar, staff were all terrific. We had one small issue during out stay (toilet kept running, which was somewhat noisy and of course wasting water). However, that was fixed within 24 hours.

Great property, close to the city center!

The location is very convenient. I like the hotel on the first floor. The front desk staff when we checked was friendly, but on the next night, he was rude, answered my question of where I can get water around 0100 and his finger to direct me where and told me to read the instruction without even getting his eyes off the computer screen. Rude! It's a good thing the man that was replenishing the vending machine was nice and helped, since the instruction was in German. The elevator is slow and will not stop on our floor (4th) on the way down, for some reason it skips it. We have to take the stairs down, I reported it but the next time I used it, it still was not fixed and I have to take the stairs again. I know it's probably good but after running the Berlin Marathon, that was not the forced exercise I was looking for. The room was humid, we tried to open the windows but only 1 can be opened but partially. The toilet is in another separate room apart form the sink and shower/bathtub. So there's nowhere to wash your hands after using the toilet/commode, not even a hand sanitizer, you have to go to the shower room to wash your hands, very odd and not practical set-up

Super nice hotel, nice modern design, clean rooms, pool area open from 6am to 12 pm. Pool is nice, gym was also good. Perfect position, only 20 minutes walk to Marienplatz. Breakfast tasty. Absolutely no negative I could hightlight.

The hotel restaurant was excellent. Great food and service.

Dtaff was veru friendly.

We really enjoyed staying here with my husband and 10-year-old twins for a week. We loved to do the walk to/from Marianplatz and also found the subway very close. Easy to get around and safe even walking, even at night. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the kids ate for free, which was a big plus. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool.

It was very convienent for our trip to Munich. The staff was very attentive to ensure they were meeting our needs. Excellent breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend the Novetal facility if you need to be near old town Munich.

Great experience, and comfortable stay, but the pool area was closed. Good service overall.

The property and amenities were too notch. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate us.

Unwelcome, unclean & gouged would be my overwhelming feeling of this stay. The problem started at check in, as I turned to go to our room, “ohh just so you know the pool is closed until Monday”. We stay until Tuesday and I selected a hotel filtered to pool, my only filter. The pool did not open on Monday! We got to our room, tired, lay on the bed. What is that noise? There was a noise like a jet engine from the bathroom and a clicking sound we thought was a drip. Called reception to move room. “Leave it with me, busy for checkin”. So do we unpack or not? We didn’t, lay on the bed and it took 40 minutes for a call. “Can’t move you”. Fortunately, by this stage the noise dripping noise had stopped but we were worried it would return, it did! The bathroom noise continued for the duration of our stay, but if you like white noise it was fine. While I had him on the phone querying a room change I questioned the sign: “enjoy your complimentary water”. We had no complimentary water. So he agreed to organise some. 1 bottle between 2 people. It was the only bottle we saw for a 5 night stay. After 4 nights, the sofa was changed into a sofa bed. All our stuff moved, the space in the room cut in half. When I asked why this happed I was told they meant to do this for room 218, not 18, our room. It was an asthmatics nightmare as I woke every morning to a layer of dust on my phone. The Holiday Inn next door looks by far the greater option for a four star hotel, it is right next door!
