The hotel was very modern and stylish. It is located in a park so is very quiet at night. The reception staff was great and efficient. The rooms are big and the beds are huge and very comfortable though maybe a bit too high. There is a big tv, a small fridge, a kettle and tea/ coffee and bottle water available in the room, so it is really above the average 4☆ hotels. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub which l had requested, so it was fantastic helpful. There is a hairdryer and en iron! So its really above average 4☆ hotel! The only problem l encountered was with a cleaning staff who didn't understand neither German nor English, and seemed a bit annoyed when I asked him to come back later as l was in the middle of a bath, but he didn't come back that day... so maybe a little improvement der, but of course l should have put the do not disturb sign on the door! Otherwise it was a great 4 nights stay in the wonderful city of Hamborg.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, good staff. Location is superb and very easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and city centre. Good transport links nearby.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a problem with another hotel nearby so had to change hotels late at night. Your staff went beyond expectation to find a nice quiet room on the 25th floor. Amazing views and very spacious!

We have stayed during many years at your hotel in Hamburg I was quite/very unhappy to get a room for 6 nights next to the elevator. The noise might not be high but it disturbed every night, specially the thursday-sunday was quite busy. I asked the guy in reception with chek-in, if he had placed os in a nice room. and he replied , oh yes... He should know better when we book 6 nights, it could be a problem. and no, I did not complain, as I am not this type..

Vi ventede 25 min på tjek in…..cromcast virkede ikke. Det er en super flot hotel med en god beliggenhed, virkelig dejlig morgenmad. Er kæmpe problem er deres p-kælder der er INGEN plads til at komme rundet og pladserne er utrolig små, det kan være medvirkende til at vi ikke vælger det her hotel igen, jeg har ALDRIG oplevet et så håbløst parkeringshus

Half an hour‘s waiting time for checkin is too much. Noise of the lifts most of the time. Not really loud but annoying. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
