The rooms are great, hygiene is at the highest level, bathroom and toilet are spotlessly clean, sheets smell nice, room size is not bad, it does not feel cramped. The tea and coffee machine in the room meets the needs. There was no mini bar and fridge. I wish the parking lot was not charged, 15 euros, breakfast is charged but it was good. I did not like the cigarette vending machines on the floors.

Decent hotel, nothing special, but good enough for a short trip.
Rooms are clean and well maintained, but a bit noisy, both from traffic and neighbours. Bathroom was not very well ventilated.
Car park is big enough, but the parking spaces a bit narrow and the entrance very narrow for bigger cars.
Staff was generally very friendly.

I've stayed here with my two sons and our dog for one night, having driven for hours. Sad to say that the hotel in itself, reception and bar staff were great, however the welcome I got in the restaurant was what I did not anticipate. The female staff member who was on the door as I was enquiring about the evening menus was really rude and patronising. Made me feel really stupid and I don't often get offended. I think perhaps some words of advice to make your guests feel welcome as you don't know how difficult the whole day was for them and then they arrive at the hotel to be met with that sort of welcome. Very disappointing as the other staff members were great. Certainly won't stay again.

Clean rooms, kind reception. Garage is very very narrow & curvy, and the marked places are a challenge for every car beyond a Fiat 500.

It can easily be noticed the hotel is older. To be appreciated the Coffee machine in the room but windows and doors (bathroom door especially) allow some draft meaning the climate control should be set on warmer than usual. Good breakfast but very narrow parking entries. Good location near the Christmas market as well. Also, complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. I would check and maybe invest in fixing the draft issues which will increase the ratings and guest experience.
