Amazing location for the Christmas markets! We were right in the middle of them and only a few minutes walk away to four different ones. It was wonderful being able to stop back at our hotel between markets. The rooms had a beautiful view and felt very clean and spacious! We didn’t even ask for a crib but it was already in our room for our 8 month old by the time we checked in

Nightmare stay. Arrived at 11pm room stank of sewage and was uninhabitable . They had no other rooms so was forced to find another hotel past midnight!
Went back next day and they said they knew what problem was and they would refund me. Week later still no refund . Avoid hotel if you can, I ended up staying in the Allegro up the road was v nice and no disgusting smells!

Amazing location right in the middle of old town and the view of the river from our room was beautiful! The only negative was that the rooms were so hot and the thermometer didn’t seem to work but we just slept with the window open (although it was a bit noisy but nothing we couldn’t sleep through) would stay here again purely because the location is so good!

We had a great stay at Rhein Hotel. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly, especially staff member Georgian! He was great and very kind. we were on the 4th floor, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy. Street noise is pretty loud with the window open. Plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel and it looks directly on to the Rhein - would stay again!

Stayed for 3 nights.
Quite small but has everything you need and is located right in the heart of Cologne by the Rhine.
There are so many places to eat and sights to see within walking distance.
The safe in our room didn’t work, there was a stain on one of the decorative pillows and the AC wasn’t amazing but it was very hot, 30+ degrees.
