Hotel very clean, big rooms , big beds, very friendly at the reception, and especially thank you to Marko, very friendly, he reserved a taxi to the airport and most of all for all the services he give us. Prime location , close to restaurants, malls, and attractions.

Great location, just a few minutes easy walk to the top sights of Dresden. Excellent dining options close by and good onsite breakfast.

This hotel is in the heart of old town. The Christmas markets were just starting to be set up and it was right outside the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. I booked 2 extra large twins and was surprised with 2 king beds. Privacy was a bit of a factor as I was travelling with a friend. The toilet and the shower had their own little rooms but the shower had no door. Sink and shower wide open. Everything is very walkable from this location. I would definitely stay here again for it’s convenience with the city.

Overall and for the price it was a good deal
I'm hoping they do more in regards to my room for instance. Yes it was brand spanking new, clean all that. But the room seemed unfinished. A few pieces of something for the walls and a few additional pieces of furniture would make it welcoming. The bathroom, I was put off by the broom on the wall ( I know what it was for ) and that white chair near the sink. And all the pull down railings around the toilet. Those two points gave the idea it was for an old age home.
Also, the mini frig was not working. I did tell the night staff about it. Finally the hallways are borderline spooky dull colors not great lighting. .
It seems like the renovations are still in progress.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but the heating was too hot. Also they only provided 1 large towel per person, there were no hand towels.
They provided one bottle of water free of charge, it would have been nice one bottle per guest. Also they should either provide more coffee capsules or the option to buy more.

Three star property right in town and overlooking the square and Dresden Christmas markets. However the hotel was lacking and provided limited to no amenities within the room.
As a Expedia VIP Gold member was entitled to a welcome drink. However staff insisted that this is the single bottle of water and coffee capsule within the room.
Central location but very simple room with no amenities.

We stayed for the Christmas Market & it was unbelievable. The Hotel is in the middle of everything. Short walks, take the bus or train, just wonderful. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Good location, right outside is the Christmas Market. Walkable or close to public transportation.
The room has minimal amenities - all-in-one shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Pillow was also very flat.

We stayed in the suite which was huge and had a fantastic view of the Christmas Market. Breakfast buffet was lovely and there’s a wonderful cafe in the entrance of the hotel. Staff were patient and helpful.

Perfect location. No view as our room was on the street side. But the Christmas markets were right outside the hotel. The bed was not so comfortable but still worth what we paid.

Overall was very nice, they let me keep the luggages before check in.
The only thing I don't like is the heating system. There is no way the change the room temperature so the room is cold even the heater is on. Maybe because the heat is expensive, but i was really cold when we are in the room.
