Pros: Convenient central but quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable well-sized rooms (business twin). Powerful shower with pleasant soap provided.
Cons: Air conditioning ineffective, though windows can be opened. Would be nice to have a power outlet on both sides of the bed. TV volume locked quite low.

The hotel was amazing! I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent .The room was very clean and beautiful. The service was very helpful and polite. Additional ,when i went in Berlin l scared about the breakfast in the hotel ,because i believed that it's in the tastes of Germanic food .On the contrary it was perfect .they had variety food for all the taste. Finally, something that made a huge impression on me was the fact that the cleaning lady, besides making our room smell great every night, she folded our clothes and arranged everything for us... she was very sweet.

Booked our rooms through email through their website. Stated I needed 3 rooms, as I was traveling with family. I was given 3 business rooms. It is my fault for not paying close attention to my invoices, but I feel like I was taken advantage of, being from the USA. Why would want Business rooms on vacation? I wanted my rooms close together, but upon arrival, I was told all Business rooms are separate and I couldn't change it. When I checked the room prices while staying there, I was quoted a much higher price. I basically paid for 4 Superior rooms, but only stayed in 3 much smaller business rooms. The food was very good, but we had to leave before breakfast was served on our last morning, so more money in their pockets. The pillows are terrible.

Had to book this hotel last minute due to a flight cancellation and we were very impressed. The staff were really helpful and genuinely asking about our trip. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and the room was comfortable. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room.

We stayed at the Titanic Comfort Mitte for a short business trip. The rooms are small but perfectly arranged. A little bit noisy at times. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the normal room with two people. There’s just not enough space. The wifi works, most of the time. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly.
