When choosing a hotel, we mainly look at the rooms and the type of breakfast they offer. In this case, the rooms are faithful to the photographs (very nice and modern) and the breakfast is very complete. But what really makes this hotel special and why I personally recommend it 100% is the attention you receive from the staff. Despite their youth, they are very professional, the treatment is 10 and they always have a friendly gesture and a smile for the guest, making your stay special. Exceptional Hotel at the suburbs of Athens. Their breakfast is really good, rooms are nice and clean, quite modern. Friendly staff, i've been in worse 5* hotels.

Our family of 4 had a great experience at Anixi hotel by AP. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Thomas who was at the reception desk was really helpful and gave us some great recommendations of where to have lunch and how to get to our wedding venue. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast before we left. Ana Maria was really friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help us get us a taxi as Uber was not working in the area. Thank you so much guys !

"An Excellent Stay in Kifissia, Athens!" We had the pleasure of staying at Anixi Hotel during our recent business trip from Athens Airport to Livadia. The hotel is just half an our driving distance from the airport and very close to the National road, so it was at a perfect location arriving on sunday evening and to start the business trip to North. The hotel is located in the serene and affluent neighborhood of Kifissia, about 350 meters above sea level, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you might need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The buffet breakfast, served from 8:00 to 10:00 am, was delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day right. Special thanks to Ms. Adriana and Mr. Thomas for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is within walking distance of some restaurants, bars, and shops. Also appreciated the free private parking and the late check-out option, which added to the overall convenience. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay near Athens, Anixi Hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed! I booked for one night in October and I confirmed on the day of arrival with the reservations manager our landing time in Athens. We arrived at the hotel on time and there was no booking waiting for us even though we had spoken earlier the morning of arrival! After calling the reservations manager (which he called initially to confirm the booking) he mumbled some words such 'oh the lady did not call you' and just swiftly hanged the phone so another lady will me with an idiotic excuse of 'the bathroom is flooded so you cant stay' and they offered me a lower class hotel with not so great reviews and further away from the location which I specifically booked for social engagements. To cut the story short, this is by far the worst experience I have ever received as a professional traveler and even more, the way the reservations team handled it was disastrous! They had me waiting in the lobby for 2 (!) hours just to push me to move to another hotel just because they had mis booked the room types of the day! To make matters worse, instead of offering a better hotel to make amends, they only offered something worse for the same price! what was infuriating was that they said that they had only one room available which was 'not the room we booked and far worse' just to refrain me from proceeding with staying there. Actually, they had another booking coming later and because they had also confirmed that booking with a deposit through a booking platform, it was easier to 'get rid of me' than the platform booking guest. Especially the lady that did the handing over the phone, hung the phone to my face after complaining about the situation! she even had the audacity to tell me ' so what do you want me to do?!! - when clearly she was responsible for rectifying the whole situation! So dear management, please don't insult a guest's intelligence with petty excuses when you have been faulty on your room allocation management and your service skills are simply inadequate! A simple apology and provision of the room would be sufficient but the manner that I was delt with was unacceptable, not even worthy of a 1* hostel. At the very end after two hours of waiting at the lobby I was given the room and the only thing they gained was a very dissatisfied paying customer who was very late at the social event that had to attend. To whoever that wants to book here, I would advice you to think twice as you might arrive at the hotel and eventually be no room for you - even if you confirmed by communication. A big shout out to Thomas at the reception, even though young, he was the only one who treated the whole situation with professionalism and was trying to help as much as he could from his side of work line.
