The location is great, it’s a 10 minute walk from restaurant and the port. The area was quiet and the hotel was very clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay there. We even had a view of the sunset.

The room is okay, but seemed overpriced compared with similar rooms in central Adamas. The check-in was chaotic. When I arrived the owner greeted me with “What do you want?” in an annoyed tone. Then said she had no idea of my booking, despite the fact that we had exchanged messages only one hour earlier. My room wasn’t ready 4 hours after the check-in time. She gave me no information about anything, not even the breakfast (which I decided to skip given the sloppy welcome). She didn’t give me the keys to the room but told me to wait outside the room until the cleaning woman was finished. She told me the reason the room was late in being cleaned was because “The girl cleaning the room was “on her period”  and was sat on the toilet for a long time”. Did I need to know that? Next morning she came to my room and very rudely instructed me to be out of there by 10.30am. My Expedia check-out reservation said 11am. Whatever. I was glad to leave!  Would not recommend because the hospitality is non-existent.

Cute little hotel on the outskirts of Adamas. Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Room and bathroom are on the small side but clean and had a small balcony. A bit of a walk into town and the beach.

It was not clear that the average at best breakfast was not included, so at check out you get charge 12 euro a day which is very expensive considering that you can have a gourmet breakfast at the port for 14.

Enjoying meals on our balcony with views of the Bay - very special ... Clean, well-equipped space in a nice building - just far enough back from the main road to be peaceful without being too far removed from town. Beach even closer!

Kindest welcome we ever received for check in and stay. We loved our stay here. We booked last minute and it turned out amazing.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. About 15 min walk to the main area of the town with restaurants, shops, etc.

This was an amazing stay with an outstanding spread for breakfast with different variety of healthy food. The staff was so helpful with everything, from the breakfast, with a superb good iced coffee. The seaview at the breakfast place, is so lovely, and trendy as well. Lovely place to go for a run in the morning. Very helpful when it comes to booking restaurants and so on. The Owner was very pleasent and went out of his way to fetch us, and to bring our luggage, after flight delays. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to live in adamas. They were also very good to communicate in english and that is also a pluss. Overall a wonderful and clean stay. Big rooms and great bathrooms. We will be back fot sure

Very nice and helpful staff. Although breakfast was not included it was quite cheap, and served as roomservice. The view was good and the room was spacious and comfortable, even though it clearly was quite old. Not too far from transport options.

Todo perfecto! La habitación era preciosa, todo nuevo, muy limpio, la cocina estaba genial para cocinar lo que quisieras, la terraza estaba también muy bien, el dueño fue super agradable... En fin, que un hotel totalmente recomendable para estar bien a gusto durante tu estancia en Milos
