Amazing staff and clean. If you need help going somewhere or help in general they offer the best help they can. All staff including reception, luggage storage, and the maids who clean your rooms and the buffet staff 5 Star to them all.

It was a pleasure stay in that hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their hospitality especially the concierge with name Gary.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel staffs was very friendly and quick in responses to our need. The hotel was very clean, tidy and the room was so big! Everything was there. It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Hongkong! The shopping malls, food, transportations were just a walk away. Very highly recommended.

We spent 2 night at Crown plaza kowloon east, good service and the room is spacious and clean. I love this hotel, the breakfast is yummy and so many variant of food. yippie and yummy. recommended hotel. try !! it worth it

Feel bad The room is thick and dusty. Both the carpet floor and the headboard wall Causing our allergies to aggravate We have always thought that this school must be very neat. Really disappointed that the restaurant, the glass of water was dirty, can not wash clean.

the rooms is fabulous and well maintained! everything just a step away which means very close to the mall. the pool is huge, sauna and locker room is excellent! the breakfast has a various menu. all in for 5 star packages! 👍

Hotel is very convenient to everywhere, Popcorn Shopping Mall is just outside the hotel, MTR station is also attached to the mall. Tseung Kwan O maybe is bit far from Kowloon central area or the Hongkong island, but really if you have the travel pass, this would not be an issue.
Hotel room is also very clean, service is also very good.
