We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in the family room. Turned out it was under renovation. We did not get any information nor any notification at the time of booking. It was noisy with banging and drilling sounds since morning to afternoon. The hotel is very old and a bit moldy here and there. Definitely need renovation but would be nice if they inform it before guests made a booking. Good sides are: We love the location, that ' s why we choose this hotel. Very near to shops, MTR station, restaurants and very convenience to go anywhere around. Towels are super clean and the staff are amazing, especially the cleaning service. They gave us more waters when they saw there were four of us staying in the room. Apart from the noise, everything was very fine.

Almost every year came to HK and always had a great pleasure for staying in this Hotel. They always considered for Early check-in, helpful and more friendly. Rooms are bigger compare to others, and the best location! ❤.
