Generally very good. Bit expensive for the room but maybe that's standard - first time in Hong Kong. Great location and food quality at Veda was very good. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would stay again.

This is THE perfect location for enjoying the Central district. Only 2 steep flights of stairs puts you in LKF, short walk to the Honk Kong station and Starr Ferry and only 35 feet away from The Big Bus stop #4. Enough about the location, the hotel is quirky, comfortable and nicely equipped. Did I mention quirky? There are only 2 rooms per floor, free washers and dryers, and a staff that rated as one of the best I have ever experienced. I can’t thank them enough for the help they offered on a personal matter and suggestions on what to do. A big thanks to Adrian for providing his contact info if we needed help or advice. I would return to the Ovolo Hotel in a heartbeat on any return visit to Hong Kong.

my flight was late so i didn't check into the hotel till 7pm. the staff were unhelpful, even to the point dismissive. i asked for room upgrade and got a blank NO! no one seems to like working with Expedia anymore and realised it was almost half price if id booked direct (!!) i asked for late check out, and guess what, told NO!! hotel is basic, staff have no clue what they are doing, room was basic, not even properly clean as there were crumbs on the table. i stay here because its next to our office but i think i need to reconsider options. (wondering if its new management, as the staff used to be MUCH better previously the 10 times i've stayed here! this trip seemed like an issue for them to host guests!) sad, as they don't seem to care if you stay here or not, stay regularly or not..

Can feel the music vibration from our room in level five. The mattress although hard but I can feel my partner whenever he moved. Not for light sleepers. Water pressure is good and hot water is quite immediate. There is a free mini bar which made us feel welcoming. Hotel is located up the slopes so unless you enjoy walking it would be quite a walk to the nearest mtr.

A good spot close to Central and many clients. Above KLF but sound was not an issue. Room was a good size. Nice desk area. Mini-bar offering upon arrival (but not refilled) was a nice touch. If walking from Central, take the mid-level escalator up to the Parade Ground/Old Prison and you will get right to the entrance without much perspiration

Our room was so spacious, enormous for Hong Kong. Even the bathroom was spacious, with a really long vanity. Equipment included motorised curtains and blind, free mini bar, plenty of hanging space and a table and 2 chairs.
The staff were excellent, especiallyFelix and Arhur, who went out of their way to be helpful.
Don't be put off by the tiny foyer.

Staff is great, location is closed to Lai Kwai Fong and just a few walk to mtr. It is really good to have free mini bar and snacks. But it is quite disappointed on the interior and furniture, the lightning is too dim, inside looks torn.

Location is about 5-10mins away from the MTR exit. A lot of nearby restaurants and bars making it the ideal place to stay.
