What a grand hotel! We enjoyed our time here - the staff from the moment we arrived were very welcoming and helpful with tourist information and the room was spacious and clean, with a good sized bathroom. We enjoyed both the indoor heated and outdoor pool as well as the Swedish and Infra red saunas- didn’t get a chance to use the gym unfortunately. Great location just a short walk to so many dining and bar options. Even though we were in a busy area the hotel was very quiet and slept well in the plush bed. We would definitely stay again if we return to Budapest. Thank you !

An excellent stay, we were very well looked after and can recommend. Only drawback of the stay was the absence of English Tea at breakfast. However a manager by the name of Levente, was excellent and always seemed to source us a tea bag, a very lovely and helpful person. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, close to all facilities, and bars/restaurants.

From check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and professional. Cleaning staff so hard working as were restaurant staff. Knowledgeable about food and drinks . Breakfast on one morning was fabulous with such a variety and staff service when needed. I loved our stay in Budapest and will definitely stay here again when we return .

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Helpful staff. The standard double room was an adequate size and although on second floor it was very quiet. Breakfast good. Ordered a room service meal one evening which arrived fairly quickly and was very tasty. Roof top area for relaxing but so much to see in Budapest did not have time to avail of the facilities! Only complaint was that bedroom mattress was not comfortable. All considered would definitely consider staying here again.

The spa area was nice, two pools and plenty of loungers and chairs spread across the decks. We wanted a massage on Sunday but we left it too late to book on Sunday morning as they were already full The room was clean but very small, not a lot of space for two people to manoeuvre around. These days I think a firm mattress is more common than soft - this bed was super soft, you sank into it - suits some but wasn’t for us. The bathroom was a good size but not optimal. The shower was tiny and the tray a simple plastic square which didn’t feel safe. There is plenty of space to create shower of a walk in style but double in nature The bar was well staffed and attentive however the ambiance was more like of a coffee shop and not a bar. The location is good, quite central and next to a food hub (street food) so lots of choice on the door step The hop on hop off bus is at the end of the street so quite handy.

The Good. 1) hotel positioning 2 )The staff 3) powerful shower 4) The bed was okay 5) The rooftop pool area is superb 6)For a hotel the gym is very very good with Good quality equipment The Bad. Breakfast 1) The potato tots were always cold or luke warm, I did complain, the following day they were still cold. 2)The baked beans were always cold 3)They forgot on more than one occasion to put the butter out Room. 1) The room air conditioning was adequate at best. 2) The magnetic door closing strip was useless on the shower and there was a gap at the bottom of the shower door where the water spewed out. 3) One morning there was no hot water 4)The TV Youtube app would not play above 720HD 8) This room is right by the staff rest/maintenance room where you constantly get the door slamming sending a bang through the room.
