Absolutely fantastic apartment with plenty of self catering facilities with a kitchen, oven and even a nespresso coffee machine, air-conditioning and a very generous balcony. Was upgraded to a 1-bed apartment from a Studio for free and loved the place and would be an extremely good place to be in for a longer stay. Lidl just downstairs and outside and the Corvin mall at your doorstep with plenty of restaurant and cafe options outside. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly, could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Some of the receptionists can be very helpful and kind went above and beyond specially the night time ones. A for effort ! However, the room can be good for $100 and really mediocre at $85 . Overall not bad but not worth the money. There's definitely room for improvement currently it is not reflecting the name or the price.

Anyone has late arrival flight BE CAREFUL Our flight arrived late after 01:30 am. The reception closed early. We agree to make someone wait until we arrive for check in, our flight delayed more than one hour. We arrived to the apartment by 02:50 am . No body show up and and no one answer the phone number. We were stock on the street literally. We payed for another hotel nearby..The apartment replay next morning ( we will charge you because we don’t show up ) !!!! I don’t know what can i call this … Zero dealing professionally with customer.

The most horrible place we have ever stayed in. We were traveling with a baby and a toddler. We received a very ive and large appartments, with a/c in every room, but no remotes... We went the reception and they said that thrle a/c's are new so they don't have remotes yet (?!) And that the hotel is fully booked so we cannot be transferref. It was super hot and we asked to talk to the manager. She said that it has just got warmer and they are still adjusting. They made some changes and found us a room in a different building. The receptionist helped us transfer everything (it was late and we already unpacked). He said that he checked and the new appartment has a/c. We arrived to the appartment which was so much smaller and crowded. It indeed had a/c, but only in the main living room and not in the bedroom and it wasn't working well-we were swetting even with the coolest temp. It was horrible, we slept all through the nights. The maintenance is so bad. The kettle didn't stop once water was boiling, the tv had no remote for changing channels, no kitchen paper/towel, no cleaning products (mop, rag). The appartment has remained unclean for 4 days. The kids spill, there are crumbs, spills-and we had to leave it because we had nothing to clean with. When we asked about cleaning services they said that the appartments is cleaned every other day, but no one came. The appartment was very dusty, tones of dust on the beds , the floors looked ok but when the baby was crowling we saw how dirty the floor is. The towel warmer didnt work. On our second day we talked to the receptionist about all the things that were missing/not working and he said he would check and email us back. Of course it didn't happen. We felt contaninated adter this stay and all we wanted was to take a shower at our own home and wash this feeling away.

The reception is not in the same building, it is approximately 5 minutes away on foot. The reception is open from 10 o'clock, so if you have left a guarantee, you cannot leave before that. A guarantee of €100 cash is required or if you leave the data on the card, which I don't think is ok (the 16 numbers plus the issuing data and the name on the card). If you go when it's cold outside, ask them to turn on the heat 7, 8 hours before, otherwise it's cold in the rooms. If you are several families, ask them to book you rooms in the same building (we were 3 families and stayed in 3 different buildings). The studio is beautiful, well equipped and clean.
