Keflavik Micro Suites

A pleasant and comfortable room in the middle of town, easy to find and within walking distance of several amenities. I didn’t receive any check-in instructions prior to my arrival but this was quickly resolved with a short phonecall.

We last minute booked this property to be closer to the airport and it was very cozy with a short walk to a delicious Italian establishment and ice cream shop. Very clean all the amenities you need :)

No main office or staff on site, but easy self check-in and property management was very expedient in returning an email requesting an extension of my stay

The staff left us a nice treat to eat and drink. Very comfy despite the size of the room. Bring earplugs as it is located next to a busy street. Walking distance to lots of food options. Short drive to KEF

This in not a true hotel or “suite”. There is no reception desk or staff. It is simply a very tiny room with single pane windows on the side of a busy, noisy street. Directions to get in the room are emailed to you. Very loud all night and bathroom reeked of mildew.

Clean as a pin. Very convenient to KEF airport (6-8 minute drive). Unfortunately the road this property is on is rather busy and therefore, noisy at night. We only stayed our last night before a early a.m. flight so not too bad for us.

Self check in was very smooth. I did contact the property ahead of time and add my personal email to the file so that check in information came directly to me rather than through Expedia. The room was much bigger than expected, which was great for sorting and repacking after a week on the road. The yogurt, juice and fruit is more than we expected for breakfast and was perfect for our early flight out the next morning. We would defiantly stay here again.

Nice room and convenient location.

The unit was pretty nice for a property so close to the city of Reykjavik. It was less than 10 minutes to the KEF airport and 30 minutes from Reykjavik. We had initially thought that the property had a secure code to punch in for entry, but it turns out that the secure code given to you is to unlock the safe box to grab the physical keys. The bathroom had heated floors which was nice at first but got really toasty afterward as we couldn't find any controls to lower down the heat. Something that I thought that was concerning was that the curtains were just big enough to block the view from the front, but there is a huge gap from the sides that someone from the outside could have peeked in at.

Really great place to stay before or after a flight. Really close to the airport if you have transportation like a taxi or rented vehicle

The rooms are definitely European style. We had two large suitcases and the room is very tight, but we don’t spend much time in the room so it’s not a big deal.

Very convenient, clean, and close the airport. Had an early flight out in the morning and made a perfect end to a wonderful trip to Iceland!!

Well located and very easy the check in and check out. It was quite clean but the bed had too many hairs. I was wondering if the sheets were change before our arriving. The rest was ok

The rooms are small but it worked for us.

Perfect for a short layover and don't want to stay out at the airport.

Wonderful location quiet clean and near the airport. Easy walking distance to food and the Hotel Keflavik. Great spot to crash after traveling.

The floor was dirty for our stay. There were crumbs left on the floor and residues on the floor and walls. It looked as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped. That’s really disappointing as cleanliness is the most important thing to me when I book a stay away from home.

Only stayed one night as we were flying out the next. Room was spacious and had a heated floor in the bathroom which was great. Would recommend

Very convenient to airport. Great shower. Nice welcome snacks. Check in was weird with no one to check you in. It with a lock box, but it all worked.
