Great central location and the apartment itself was clean, really good size and had all the amenities/facilities you could possibly need.wouls definitely stay again next time we're in Reykjavik.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had a small kitchenette with stove top, oven, microwave and kitchenware. Perfect location to walk and explore Reykjavik. There are 4 free parking spots behind the apartment that is shared with the hotel. It is first come first serve.

A lot smaller than what the pictures showed. The radiators in the unit were hard to control and the unit could have been a little cleaner. I would stay in the hotel again before I stay in these units again.

Anyone who has visited Iceland will tell you it’s expensive for foreigners but incredibly friendly. These apartments are very very comfortable and offer a great reception area to relax with very good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. The amazing thing is that compared to similar options, I chose this option to save a little money 🤗

I never got my check in information 24 hours before my stay. I got off my plane and headed straight there and contacted the hotel numerous times. I got my check in information at 430 am. By that timeI was sleeping in my car. The only email.i recieved said that there are no refumds. I tried to co tact hotels.com and all they do is put you through to the hotelthar doesnt respond. The whole situation is very upsetting.

Took a long time for reception to make the touchpad lock work. Also parking can’t be reserved which makes it a total lottery and difficult to know whether to plan an alternative.
