We stayed here for 3 nights. We were originally allotted room no.403. Couldn't sleep properly the first night since the room is directly under the maintenance area & quite noisy. Requested a change the next day and we were given 313. This room was better. The extra bed provided for my son was a bed that folds in the middle but doesn't fold properly. So my son developed back pain because of the dip in the bed. Had to demand a change in this as well. On the plus side: rooms, toilets, common areas & the restaurant were squeaky clean. Excellent central location in a residential neigborhood.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. My husband and I reserved a room and arrived at midnight due to a delayed train. Upon check-in, we were asked to provide ID proof. Since our IDs had different addresses, they insisted on a copy of our marriage certificate. Who carries a marriage certificate while traveling? We showed them our wedding photos, but they demanded a copy of those as well.
Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels, I have never faced such an issue. Even in India, where living together is legal, this regressive attitude is unacceptable. I haven’t updated my address since marriage—so what? I provided valid ID, which should have been sufficient.
Management, please review your policies to ensure better service and a more respectful approach to your clients.

Small room, more like a traditional kinda room stay..not the kind of commercialized hotel rooms, however it was kept very clean and comfortable for guest.
We stayed one night here and it was good, comfy and spacious bed as well as pillow, cool a/c everything was good.
Buffet was good, liked especially the idiyappam and vegetable stew, their vadai and chutneys was delicious.

Comfortable stay with good amenities and courteous staff. Good food too. Room is fine with ac, tv, kettle and toiletries. Everything was neat. Hot water available. Room service provided. Hospitality with welcome drink and complimentary drink.
