Fabhotel Kings Suites

We booked two rooms via OYO, but upon arrival, we were instructed to make payment directly to the hotel's bank account, which was unexpected. The address listed on the website was incorrect, causing us significant trouble in locating the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times, but there was no response. When we finally arrived, the reception was unattended for at least 20 minutes. The manager's behavior was shockingly rude, and the rest of the staff were equally unprofessional. The room lacked basic essentials such as a phone, bottled water, and clean towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Despite an adjacent room being vacant, we were given rooms on different floors. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you have no other choice.

The address given in their site was wrong, we had so much difficulty in finding the hotel. We tried contacting the hotel many times, but we got no reply. After reaching the hotel, we couldn't find anybody in the reception for atleast 20 minutes. The attitude of the manager was so arrogant, which I can't even describe. The other staff members were also showed unprofessional behavior. The room lacked basic amenities like a phone, water bottle and a clean towel and the rooms were not maintained neat. We were given two rooms in two different floors, even though the adjacent room was vacant. This was the worst experience I ever had and I would suggest everyone to please don't book any rooms in this place unless it is your last option.

The service was very bad. The staff there showed no interest in the guests and were so unprofessional, service was very poor, the check-in was disorganized. The rooms were dusty and unclean, not even a water bottle was provided. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel.

First of all rude faces . No work ethic , disgusted as oh some one came we need to assist kind of . 1629 for a over night stay and pathetic amenities , WIFI worst than 2g , TV was Broken , geyser was not working . Even after informing didn't got any help . 1200 budget we have better amenities providing stays . Welcoming nature and polite behaviour . Worst of all time . evn Oyo reception are not responsive and well manner

My experience at fabhotel king suites was disappointing due to the unprofessionalism of the manager and staff. Check-in was disorganized, the room was not up to standard, and staff were unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns. This lack of proper service made for an unsatisfactory stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
