Everything was perfect and very good service from reception to bell boy, especially thanx to Mr.kamlesh ji manager is a very good person, he take care every need of guest n give 100%. Whenever I come to Amritsar I stay basera hotel only, value for money

Good service food was perfect tasty location is good ..neat and clean party hall

Basically it's a loud Club with rooms. Very loud music even the room windows were shaking. Rooms are very old and in need of a urgent makeover. Food was gr8 but very costly. Staff was very polite. After changing 3 rooms with dampness smell, intercom not working,tv and dth not working problems the forth room images are attached. Management, please go for renovation urgently .

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,The rooms are spacious and clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The distance to the main market is 2 mins on foot. The staff is helpful and polite. The only low point is that the food is average in taste. Overall, a satisfactory stay

Amazing location, great hospitality, rooms are well maintained and awesome service. The hotel is at prime location, easily accessible for all major famous locations.
