Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable. The rooms are very neat and clean. Room service is fast, located in a very good location very close to train station and metro station. They can also help you to provide the tour services also. There travel desk can also help you provide train tickets and transportation very easily. Thank for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Even after booking two rooms for senior citizen couples, the hotel was completely clueless. There was a complete denial of booking and that created a unsatisfactory experience. The issue was resolved after little bit back and forth and multiple calls. This was not expected at all

Be careful of scammers targeting foreigners in this hotel, the staff will not warn you or stop them.

The best part about this property was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. On the whole , I’d give this location a 3.5, for the shower didn’t really spray and the bedsheets felt very rough and a bit scratchy.
However, the complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the tour desk set up a pretty solid day tour of Delhi.

It’s downtown Delhi and it’s a very busy and chaotic area. I didn’t feel safe to leave the hotel by myself. Staff arranged an escort for me to take me to a nail salon who overcharged me abt $8600ruppes . It’s ok as it’s abt price I’d pay in the USA, but doesn’t feel good to be taken advantage of.

Hotel is ok for the price. I stayed in mid January and the room was cold with no heating. I was told I couldn't get heating for the room. As a westerner, the area around the hotel felt unsafe.

amazing atmosphere with an amazing location in the city, really clean and pleasant. The courteous reception staff greets you cheerfully. A beautiful hotel with a staff that exceeds all expectations. Beautiful room with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom.
