Utterly disappointed. Dirty unhygienic rooms, sheets, rizai was used and kept in dusty almirah. Bathroom no different. Hospitality etiquette is visible nowhere in staffs be it front desk or room service. We took the room because we were too tired after travelling long distance and reaching late at night. Won’t recommend and won’t come again. 1400 for non Ac double room is what we paid.

I have never encountered such a subpar and low-quality hotel service in my life. The hotel receptionist displays a complete lack of education and exhibits an arrogant demeanor, lacking basic customer service etiquette.
Moreover, the cleanliness and service in the room raise significant concerns.
I strongly advise anyone reading my review to avoid staying at this hotel.

Room, toilet, service are in very bad condition. Not cleaned even I asked many times, staff said, no cleaning staff for now.
Very pathetic experience. Same thing informed to on counter person, but he didn't reply. As per him Room price 1600/- but no service.

Rooms are cleaned everyday.
Homely food is available but choice is limited.
Staff is very friendly and well behaved.
Located in a prime locality amidst prominent offices and bank branches.
Lots of eateries, restaurants in the vicinity.

In jorhat i have never expected that i got a hotel with. Spacious and clean rooms but yes that hotel have both they don’t have restaurant but they provide food and trust me food is like home food i love it
