Hotel Southern comfort

We Stayed in this hotel 3years back thats the reason we picked this hotel. One and only benefit of staying in this hotel is near to airport.Hotel room allocated to us has stinky smell and bathrooms were full of stains. When we called the hotel reception they said they will send some person. One person came and swapped 2 different rooms. Every rooms were like that only. They said rooms were affected because of heavy rain so they are renovating. Finally we were able to manage one room still bathrooms were not clean. So much power cut. When we asked the person in the reception no answer only. Staffs were very rude other than one of the house keeping person Sadam who allocated us the room. I will make sure I will never ever recommend this hotel to any one.

If it were possible to give a score of zero or negative, I absolutely would. • Awful smell throughout. • Although they claim to be child-friendly, they are anything but. • I requested hot water for my child, and they suggested using the kettle. However, it seemed like the kettle hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade. • The staff were completely irresponsible and unhelpful. Overall, this is by far the worst hotel experience—1000 times worse than anything I could have imagined.

Southern Comfort is the closest hotel to Chennai airport. It is a stone throw away from the airport. You can literally walk for early morning flights. They have a chargeable airport drop. Food is great in their Chettinad style restaurant. Staff is good and helpful. The stay is good with comfy beda and clean linen. Great 👍😊

One of the ultra worst hotel. Not recommended. I don't know how they are still in business with such a worst Manager and Reception..A 1000 Rs hotel has better staff and capability to handle things. Stinky hotel, no room escort, mosquitoes, loot and attitude are the returns you get for the money you pay. Better find a km away hotel than this. Good reviews look fake.
