The staff was rude, you loose the key they’ll ask for 500, you carry mud in your rum they’ll ask money for cleaning the room. Not very good experience overall.

Went there for weekend family get together. Beautiful hotel and well designed rooms with awesome interiors.
Pros - great place for hosting parties. Terrace is beautifully designed and decorated for events. Indoor event hall is spacious with all facilities. Loved the selfie stations.
During the stay my kid got sick in the middle of night, hotel staff was very helpful even at this time of night. I am really grateful to the house keeping staff and other staff who were eagerly helping.
Cons - didnt like the food much.
Overall a very comfortable stay.
